“Great Hotel!”

I stayed for a week in Sept 2011, bed and breakfast only. I like to read reviews before I stay somewhere and was a bit worried after reading some of the ones about this hotel but I had a really good holiday. The staff were really friendly and helpful, basic but really really clean! I thought the location was brilliant, right on the Saint Antonio bay, 10 mins walk to the bus station (the egg) for buses to all clubs etc. Breakfast was basic but nice. Only downside was not having a fridge in the room, would have been nice to keep the bottled water cold! But there is a supermarket right across the road. Hotel is right on the beach too. Overall I was very impressed.

“typical 3 star hotel”

the hotel is a typical 3 star hotel i personally liked the hotel very much. the staff is nice. the only thing was that is a bit expensive

“Perfect Rave Hotel”

Accidentally stumbled on this hotel on Trip Advisor. Only a 3 star and in places you can tell that...some of the fittings are old and rooms don't look the best. But for what we wanted it for (a place to rest our heads), it was perfect. Short walk from San Antonio strip, but not too close as too be very loud in the daytime when we were trying to sleep. The reception staff couldn't have been more helpful at any time of the day or night and the food in the morning was basic but more than edible. Zero complaints and should we decide to repeat Ibiza in 2012, this is where we will stay.

“In quiet part of the bay”

If you like to be a little away from the noisy busy area then this is good. Nice pool and staff friendly. Couple of cafes and bars 1 min walk. Can catch boat for a couple of euro over the bay or nice 15min walk to busier area with tons of bars and restaurants. Overall no complaints. It was end of season and very quiet in hotel so did not use any of the bar or breakfast on offer.

“Great location, great service, okay rooms”

The hotel staff were very helpful but the rooms are in okay quality. The hotel is located next to the beach and a ten minute walk into town. (it's a beautiful from the hotel into town; just walk down the boardwalk)

“Hotel Neptuno, Ibiza.”

A great little hotel in a quieter part of San Antonio Bay. My room was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower was powerful, and the air conditioning was excellent (it was completely silent and made the room feel lovely and cool). The staff were so friendly I felt like I'd made some new friends. They all speak fluent english as well. The clubs and bars are just a short stroll round the bay so there's no noise when you're trying to sleep but plenty of nightlife just a few minutes away. I intend making regular trips to Ibiza and this hotel will be where I stay from now on.

“Excellent Budget Hotel”

Myself and a friend, new to Ibiza, chose this hotel so that we would be close to some bars but far enough away from the crowds to sleep at night - the hotel was a success. Our room had a decent view (of San Antoni, mind) and was clean; very basic but sufficient. The staff were all very helpful (not always effusively friendly but helpful) and recommended good places to eat. The pool is a great touch - a few families stayed here and they seemed to calm the groups of LADS down so that everyone could enjoy lazing by the water. All together, recommended if you are on a budget, though, next time, I'm paying more to be somewhere else on the island (not a reflection on this hotel, but San A).

“Great experience”

Stayed @ the Neptuno in july 2009. Great hotel with fantastic staff. I was surprised when the lady receptionist called me by name on arrival. She was friendly, willing to help, not pushy at all and I don't remember her name. Allthrough was a very quiet hotel however we had a night when our neighbours played music on the balcony until morning but that didn't disturb us. From the Hotel you can visit everything by bus and if you want to eat 5 min walk and you are in the restaurant. PLEASE DON'T GO TO THE SURROUNDING RESTAURANTS SPECIALLY AVOID S'EMBARCADOR(FINE DINING WITH FROZEN FOOD, NOT IN THE FRIDGE BUT ON THE PLATE). A GOOD MEAL WE HAD IN "SPEZZARE".

“Quality once again!”

2009 was my third year staying at the Neptuno and the guy on reception actually recognized us, shook hands as well! Very friendly place full of friendly people, nothing is ever to much trouble for the staff here. This hotel is only a 10min walk to San Antonio, its right on the strip. Really cant fault this hotel, great location, very lively at the right times of day/night. I will definitely go back again, recommended to all who want a cheap local hotel to San An then this is the place to stay in Ibiza.
