We have stayed at other Iberostar locations and this one was very disappointing in terms of food. The food variety was limited and the one offered was very bland, tasteless. This was not what we have come to expect of the Iberostar chain.

Loved our 10night stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the property and was much nicer/cleaner than expected. The staff was wonderful and very attentive, always smiling and uplifting all the guest areas. They put on a great vibe! The afternoon happy hour at the pool was a great treat too and the morning pool activities. The surrounding area is beautiful and you are able to walk alongside the cliffs. The only negative thing I would add is there was no coffee/tea equipment in the room which would have been nice to sit on our balcony in the mornings with a cup of coffee. The website photos of the rooms show a coffee maker in the room so we were surprised when there wasn’t any upon arrival and when we asked at reception they said it was not possible. But it did not ruin our stay. Great pool, comfy beds, attentive staff and it just felt like you were on holiday. Definitely reccomend.

Rooms were really small, the hair dryer was ancient and useless, the soap dispenser was broken. Wifi was so weak we had to turn on data roaming. The pool was also small. There’s poolside bar service which is nice. The breakfast was good but it was only available until 10:15. The staff were helpful and friendly. If you’re travelling during high season, plan in advance for transportation because getting a taxi can take hours. The hotel’s parking is very limited compared to other places in the island, including some resort hotels in ibiza town.

Greeted with a cava at check in. Spotless facilities in a beautiful location. Staff so accommodating. We were out there for a race and accommodated an early breakfast to fit in. Couldn't have been better. Only tiny gripe, no readily available water with the meal which was a shame and a faff.

Some R&R after walking the Camino
Water view was nice. Staff is really exceptional. Food was good. Good room and facilities were clean. It’s seems that this hotel caters to a more +65 senior crowd. It was unfortunate that we bought the all inclusive package, but they don’t tell you that you can’t use the best part of the property without paying extra. This would include the roof top pool and the beach club on the water. Plan on spending an extra hundred a day for food/ drinks and beach chair for 2 people. The beach club is worth it, but you should know the cost upfront for planning. Also, the website beach picture is exaggerated. Other than that..great stay.

Ok for the money however missing a luxury feel
The hotel itself met our needs for a 4 night stay however we weren’t blown away. We paid for all inclusive and while the breakfast was great and the lunch most days, it was buffet for every meal. I guess it depends whether that’s what you consider luxury as we certainly didn’t. The rooms were nice enough and comfortable however I think you could stay there and skip the all inclusive and venture out to some nicer restaurants in Santa Euluria. Star prestige was worth the money we saved in drinks however the top pool was almost to cold for a dip so keep this in mind. The gym however was actually really decent for a good work out on holiday. All in all it was good enough but not what I’d consider luxury.

Lovely COVID-19 safe hotel
Great stay in a lovely hotel. Food is really good but luckily we were all inclusive as there’s really not much around in the way of restaurants. Could get in a cab for 10mins to go into the main town if wanted. Easy to get to via bus from the airport and doctor comes on site so you can get covid tests done prior to returning home which is a huge convenience.

Experience and staff was horrendous. Food was subpar and not vegetarian friendly. We paid for a Seaview room, however, we faced trees and a volleyball area. Room was beyond small. We also paid for all - inclusive. What a joke. There's only one restaurant and there is no room service and there is absolutely nothing available after midnight. Staff isn't helpful and will charge for, even the slightest thing, such as late check out, when our flight departed at 10:45pm, but cut out wristbands and made us pay for everything, that should've been all - inclusive. Also, had an unused night, due to a delayed departure, but was told to basically, suck it up and pay for another night.

Lovely hotel, very nice fresh decor inside and beautifully clean. Just spent a week there - really good. The food was excellent and the service impeccable. Beds very comfy. Rooms perfect size and liked the decor and design. Great location, with a beautiful if not stunning sea view although I never left the pool side! Entertainment every night was a pleasant surprise and so enjoyable, plus the pilates and yoga etc also brilliant. All inclusive was definitely a good idea as well - I didn't tire of the food and it included all our drinks. The steps taken by the hotel to keep us safe were brilliant, I felt totally safe and was very impressed. Altogether a lovely place to go and would recommend.

Great All Inclusive holiday hotel
Just got back from a very relaxing week on an all inclusive basis at the Iberostar hotel in Santa Eulalia. Service and staff were both outstanding. Food & Drinks were also great and of a high standard for what I expected of an All Inc hotel. Local area is very quiet so not a lot going on, but for a relaxing holiday this was fine. Would highly recommend and will very likely return next year for another relaxing time.

Stunning resort! incredible views! amazing staff!
Unbelievable experience here. Every single employee was happy to be there and it showed! They made our stay memorable—as did the rooftop pool and mountains and sea! It’s beyond stunning and breathtaking. The hotel was clean, staff attentive and food DELICIOUSSS. I recommend star prestige for an additional fee- worth it. Shout out to Adrian, Pani, and all the other incredible staff we’ll be back ! Besos! Ibiza is magical!

This hotel was the absolutely perfect get away for me and my boyfriend. We absolutely loved the vibe around the pool, the actives you could join in on. Evening entertainment was great. You couldn’t be in a bad mood round this hotel. Every member of staff is so friendly and accommodating. Buffet was diverse and changed each day, food at beach club was great. The room isn’t massive but we hardly spent much time in there because there was always better places to be.

The best staff we have encountered!
There was nothing to moan about at all on our stay at all! The staff were some of the best I have encountered and I stay away a lot with work (3-4 times a month) so I get to see a lot. They couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast and evening dinner had loads of choice and tasted really good. The beach club on the sea was really good (had to pay extra for this), had a little beach restaurant next door and water sports. The beach was very clean and tidy. Nikki Beach was next door as well (couldn't hear music though so don't worry about that). Reception would call the Taxi's for you and would turn up within 5 minutes every time. We could shower after checkout and the room was really clean and was provided towels. The rooms were great and the shower had a monsoon head on and loads of space to move around in. I was able to keep an iron and ironing board in my room for the 4 nights I was there. Not sure if this is normal but they didn't take it away when the room was cleaned which was good for me. Would stay here again.

Fantastic
This was my second visit to this hotel in as many months and that about explains it all. The staff are great, the location is beautiful, the food is great and I highly recommend the Star Prestige. I look forward to visiting again.

Beautiful, clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in Star Prestige, which was fabulous but was missing a little 'something' for the extra money. Table service would have given it that extra edge, plus some music on the terrace (think some of the speakers were not working) for a bit of atmosphere. It was also strange that there were no toilets on the terrace level which meant we had to go back to the room. Also the snacks were not always of the best quality, compared to the food in the buffet restaurant. Overall, we had a wonderful stay but would probably look around at what else was available should we go back to Ibiza.

We went as a babymoon, last holiday the as an adult couple. We purposely went to the quieter side of the island and got exactly what we were looking for. We felt the hotel was great value for money. Great selection at breakfast of food and drinks. Same for dinner, so bits were much higher quality than others, but once again expected for price paid. Cleanliness was great, pool was lovely and staff very helpful and friendly. Not too much around by foot, we felt it was very beneficial having a car. Only disappointment, more so on Hotels.com behalf rather than the hotel was the lack of information that the rooftop pool is only for upgraded customers. This is a large selling point for the hotel and the best part by far! We ended up having to pay 70 Euro to be able to access this as its why we chose the hotel. This needs to be clear as no mention of it at all. It would have been a real disappointment if we did not have the money to do this.

Lovely hotel in Santa Eulalia. Clean and bright hotel, rooms small but perfectly functional. Breakfast was extensive and great with lots of freshly cooked options such as pancakes, eggs, bacon etc. Beach club at hotel decently priced and not too busy. Staff was very friendly and enthusiastic.
