“Location is good but the hotel interior is old.”

The hotel lifts were only two out of three working and the two which are working one of them is very small. The coridor for of the rooms was smelly. The beds were loke military beds and the toilet amenities were poor. The best thing in the room was the balconey size and view. No free WiFi and we had to pay for the safebox.

“ALgarb”

Tolerable hotel- if you are there to party and dont see yourselves needing much from the rooms. Broken elevator means long waits and crowded lifts. Spartan rooms ($10 deposit if you want a remote for the tiny TV) Safe in room costs extra to use. plumbing issues upon arrival also has a room with a broken toilet seat, though that was fixed the same day.Beach front is a decent location--bout a 5 minute walk south to Jet apts and Bora Bora (stay there if you are down for full up party experience) was nice to not have to be in the middle of pounding techno around the clock sometimes. Food was about as youd expect for the price--paid for but never tried breakfast (rookie mistake) Does have a KFC and Pizza Hut across the street. Balcony Side is a must.(didnt cost us anything extra) AC did work fine. If you want access to a party but dont want drug dealers and strippers knocking on your door 2 x a day its prolly a decent choice. If you are truly there for the party Id have to say that JET Apts were continuously out of control. . .

Nightlife
Beach Palace had surprising mix of cute/ normal girls and good drink packages--def recommend that to pre club. Beach clubs were more trashy after the sun went down. Pacha- Privilege-Supermartxe Amnesia-Matinee in that order.

“M.”

the hotel is fine really - basic but very convinient :) 5 min beach walk to Bora Bora, 10 min walk to SPACE and about 30 min walk to Eivissa, thre are lots of cafes and shops around, The breakfast is from 8 - 10 am, regular basic but fine. The room had a sea-view and was clean, overall it is really convinient place to stay in the busy part of Ibiza. oh , and taxi form the airport is EURO10

“AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!”

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, there was no ac, no ice, and HORRIBLE customer service! They never came to clean our room either. There seems to be a lot of activities like video games, pool, ping pong, etc but left after the first night because experience was already so bad.

Traveller's tip
If you are looking for a NICE hotel do not stay in Playa de Bossa when traveling to Ibiza. Try near the marina instead!

“Questo hotel é solo buono per la posizione essendo situato sulla spiaggia”

Non si consiglia a chi vuole dormire la notte, molto rumoroso. Gli aerei passano direttamente sopra l'albergo, non durante la notte. Colazione abbondante e diversificata, per tutti c'è qualcosa.

“Hotel Algarb di Ibiza - ottima posizione, direttamente su Plaja d'en Bossa”

Hotel discreto: una struttura non nuovissima e un po' di disturbo per gli aerei a bassa quota, ma camere confortevoli e pulite, piscina e lettini a disposizione degli ospiti e una posizione invidiabile al centro di Plaja d'en Bossa, con accesso diretto alla spiaggia, a 5 minuti a piedi dal Bora Bora e con la fermata dell'autobus per il centro città a 10 metri dall'ingresso dell'hotel.

“HOTEL ALGARB - Vacanza relax sole e mare”

L'hotel Algarb è una buona struttura. La nostra camera era sicuramente una delle più belle come vista (di testa sulla spiaggia con vista verso la città alta di Ibiza). Comunque le camere come dimensioni sono molto simili: bagno abbastanza spazioso, un bel terrazzino esterno e camera con un letto matrimoniale e uno singolo. Se posso consigliarvelo prendete tre letti singoli, il matrimoniale è un pò scomodo perchè un pò sfondato al centro. Hanno tutte aria condizionata e ventilatore a pale sul soffitto (noi a settembre non l'abbiamo mai usato) e TV con alcuni programmi in italiano. Per la colazione c'è un pò di tutto compresi per chi le ama uova, crepes, bacon e wurstel. Più tutto quello che si trova di solito negli hotel classici: burro, marmellate, yougurt, cereali. Anche il buffet della cena è abbastanza vario e qualcosa da mangiare lo si trova sempre. Tutte le sere c'è una specialità cucinata sul momento. L'unica cosa che non consiglierei agli italiani è la pasta (non sono molto bravi a cucinarla...hanno un modo tutto loro...però è una mia opinione (gli stranieri l'amavano molto!). La picina è molto bella, pulita. Ci sono moltissimi lettini prendisole, non tutti nuovi ma ognuno può scegliere quello che più preferisce. La spiaggia si trova a due passi. E' bella, lunghissima, ottima per fare belle passeggiate. L'hotel non ha lettini in spiaggia perchè è pubblica. Ci sono per ombrelloni e lettini a pagamento per chi lo desidera.

Area recommendations
Per quanto riguarda la posizione, l'hotel si trova al centro di Playa d'en Bossa. A piedi si può girare il quartiere ricco di bar e negozi di souvenir. Potete trovare moltissimi supermercati se volete risparmiare qualcosa su acqua e snack. Il Bora Bora conosciutissimo locale sulla spiaggia si trova a pochi passi e lo potete raggiungere direttamente dalla spiaggia. Invece per raggiungere Ibiza sia di giorno che di sera potete prendere l'autobus. La fermata è proprio fuori dall'hotel e il biglietto si fa a bordo. A Ibiza consiglio di girare per la zona del porto dove ci sono locali e negozi, e la zona alta, città vecchia, patrimonio unesco. Se invece volete vedere un tramonto romantico vi consiglio di prendere un autobus e raggiungere la cittadina di sant'antonio a circa 20 km di distanza.

“Buona sistemazione senza troppe esigenze”

L'hotel è ben posizionato, direttamente sulla spiaggia di Playa d'en Bossa, non bella per il mare, ma ottima per vedere il gran movimento di Ibiza. Sulla spiaggia c'è il famoso Bora Bora che, assieme ad altri lidi/piscine, anima con musica a partire dalle 14...il divertimento è assicurato. Facile, anche solo con i pullman, spostarsi verso spiagge più belle. Fermata autobus all'entrata dell'hotel con collegamento diretto con Ibiza town. Colazione abbondante, con possibilità di colazione all'inglese cotta sul momento. Cena un po' ripetitiva, molto fritto, ma con possibilità di pasta cotta sul momento e un secondo cotto alla griglia. Camere essenziali ma pulite, quasi tutte con vista mare. Consigliato, ovviamente ai non troppo pretenziosi. PS Pecca per ascensori mal funzioanti!

Must see
Da non perdere l'escursione a Formentera per la quale partono traghetti direttamente da Playa d'en bossa (oltre che da Ibiza) tutti i giorni.
Outdoors or beach
La spiaggia di Playa d'en bossa non è affatto bella, basta spostarsi alla vicinissima Les Salinas per avere un mare meraviglioso!
