Fantastic stay as ever 5x
Fantastic stay as always 4th time, the staff are really friendly and more than happy to accommodate any requests. The food is great with a really good range from breakfast, lunch and dinner, drinks both selection and size of measure did not disappoint (if you know what I mean :-) )

great location, can see sunset. this was 2nd time there, but unfortunately not as good as last year. Sea view room & deluxe is partial view. Our room was infested with ants which staff seemed to know about. It also was not cleaned thoroughly when we got it. Thanks to Victor who was awesome & helped get us a new room on the 3rd day. Then in new room there was no soap, etc so hospitality had to go at night. Also theres one waiter who made awesome G&Ts! Food was good lots options & theme nights. Disappointed with this stay.

I am so disappointed in this hotel, as it is nothing like the pictures. The view below was of a old ugly roof and to the left is looks like a very poor hotel or apartment. The price was horribly too expensive for what we got. Don't let the pictures fool you. It is nothing like them.

The AC system was not even by end of April, so had to sleep with open balcony doors. Not sure if its worth the money. How ever the pool area and the buffet were excellent.

Great location and easy access to beach and walkways. Good pool and was surprised by the food included package. It was better than expected with a wide variety of choices. It is a party hotel with mostly middle aged 40-60 year olds, with a mix of some instagramers 25-35. Don’t expect to get much sleep during the weekends.

Excellent hotel air conditioning needs upgrading
The hotel is great, we have stayed many times in one of the normal sea view rooms however this time the holiday fell on my wife’s birthday so I opted for a jnr suite room, the air conditioning was not good, you could hardly feel it working, even with ensuring the patio doors were closed at all times and the blinds pulled all day, this let the stay down for us so I would only look to stay in a standard sea view room as I have not had this problem before. The food is excellent for an all inclusive and the drinks very good, it has not put me off using this hotel because of it’s position right on the beach is so good.

Loved all inclusive and the pool and entertainment was great. Hard to get early check in but allowed us to store our bags and hang out by pool area and get breakfast which was really nice. The only thing that sucked was the maids would barge into your room at 9 in the morning

This hotel was slightly disappointing. It smelled of bubble gum throughout the entire place and honestly it gave me a headache every time I left my room. The buffet service was extremely subpar, and honestly the safety measures were non existent. the pool was overly crowded and loud and you would be lucky if you could get a towel, nevermind trying to get a seat by the pool if you wake up past 9am…(in ibiza?) The staff were very unhelpful when it came to trying to get a taxi, they wouldn’t even attempt to call us one. There are no private driving services through the hotel so be aware you likely won’t be able to get anywhere other than San Antonio. I also asked a staff member to rearrange a drive to the airport with me (they made the original booking) and I had to check back 3 times for her to tell me it was no problem. I had a feeling she didn’t do anything and when I called the company the morning of my flight to confirm the company told me nobody had called or made any arrangements from my hotel…. I had a feeling. Luckily the beach was pretty nice behind it and there was a couple good food spots near but off the property. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you want to relax after going to the discos.

I just completed a one week stay at the hotel (all inclusive) and cannot rate the hotel and stay highly enough. I was there with my fiancé (both aged 30) and enjoyed every minute of it. The food was excellent (good selection and different types of food) along with friendly and efficient service. Hotel was clean and plenty of sun beds for everyone. Hotel is right on the beach which was great to pop out and also is close to Ocean Beach (5 min walk) and Cafe Mambo (about a 15-20min walk). All inclusive meant all inclusive, all day drinks and snacks (no limits).

Top class staff and service!!!
The staff team were simply amazing. Every aspect of the stay from arriving to departing was simply brilliant. Very attentive, they all went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special. We’ve visited Ibiza to many times to count and stayed in some great places, this is up there with them. I’m rebooking to ho back with mates very soon, would definitely recommend.

The hotel has nothing to do with what you see in photos . Too noisy because of the low quality of the residents. Bed were too hard and squeeky. TV channels are so poor. Food is not good quality at all. only good thing is the proximity to the beach

The hotel is on the local bus route from the airport which costs €4 and takes about 35 minutes. On arrival at check in the staff were exceptionally friendly. We were looking for a twin room but a double had been booked by Expedia. We said it wasn’t a problem but the staff gave us a junior suite on the first night until they could get us a twin. We were spoiled with that room and the view of the sea. The standard double rooms are exceptionally clean and a good size, only downside was our view was of the street. The cleaners are in every day. The food is excellent quality, loads of choice, always fresh and hot. You won’t go hungry at this hotel. The alcohol is branded and free flowing. Bar is open until 1am. Entertainment is better than the average at these hotels. The entertainment team, bar and restaurant staff work really hard to ensure you have a great holiday, always smiling and friendly. The hotel is situated on the beach a 15 minute walk from cafe mambo, you can have it as busy and lively as you want or as chilled and relaxed as you want. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a pool/sea view room, first floor, directly above the stage outside for entertainment. I didn't find this an issue at all, we were out well until 2am or later, and thus the evening entertainment didn't keep me up or bother us at all. If anything, the amount of entertainment was great, not too much and not too silly for an adult only hotel. The food times were good, late enough for if you needed a long sleep in the morning, and covered a good lunch/dinner time. The quality of the food was GREAT- so much better than any other all inclusive I've been to. Great little mimosa section for breakfast, and as much access to bottles of wine etc for dinners etc. Huge amount of salad and fresh options, good number of vegetarian dishes as well as the favourites across the meats. The bar was amazing, good named alcohol included in the all-inclusive, and a special menu if you wanted to go off-menu to get something even more premium, although I didn't need to at any time. The cocktails are obviously a bit weak, but they're fruity and frozen and great for the warm weather. The spirits and mixers are a heavy handed pour- fair warning! The hotel location was absolutely perfect for us (2 female best friends late 20s)- because it was quieter than staying further towards the main part of town, but really close to O Beach and the beach front bars that it was lively when you wanted it to be. Overall really clean, beds were comfy, very reasonably priced for the quality of drinks and food!

Let me start by saying the staff was amazing. Super nice and helpful however this hotel should really be a two borderline three star hotel. The rooms are so outdated, our double bed was two twin beds pushed together that didn’t stay in place. The bed were uncomfortable and bedding was old and stained. There is only one tiny elevator that takes forever. The bathroom was tiny and they do not provide the usual amenities. The pool is very very small and it’s not heated. All the loungers are claimed by 10 am and you have to leave a 20 euro deposit for one beach towel. Plus while there is beach access, the beach is not exclusive to the hotel so you have to pay 7 euros for two beach chairs/loungers. The food is very limited, salty and not great to be honest. It’s not like the four star all inclusive like in the Caribbean. The crowd is much much much older. Therefore the entertainment is geared towards a older generation. One night we had bingo. BINGO! This wasn’t what I expected from an all inclusive four star hotel in Ibiza. Again, staff was amazing, best part of the trip. Pool was way too cold, entertainment wasn’t great but they really tried with the crowd they had. It’s definitely not a fun, hip, party hotel.
