This property is well located and has a good pool vibe with a bar and decent music during the day. Rooms are well kitted out. Negatives are the 10:00 AM check out and the rooms are only cleaned once every two days. I would return for the right price.

Clean, comfortable and stress free stay!
The hotel is a minutes walk from the egg roundabout so perfect location! Friendly, clean and comfortable. Room had microwave, hob, sink and utensils needed. Bathroom does have a hair dryer. Although the room does have air con, it didn’t get too cold. You can hear noise throughout the night due to location but it doesn’t stop you from getting a good sleep and that was with our balcony door open all night so probably wouldn’t have heard anything if it was closed. The roof top pool is beautiful with a view! Serving drinks and snacks throughout the day too. Staff printed our boarding passes for us to go home and we very pleasant to deal with. Tax was €4.40 per night. Vending machines in reception for drinks, snacks, and coffee! Think I saw a cigarette one too? I would stay here again and recommend if this is the area you want to visit. One pool is 1.9m all round and the other ranged from 0.5-0.9 roughly.

I don’t understand why this is rated a one star hotel, all the amenities and location is what a 3-4 star hotel has. Clean tidy rooms, great staff and the view we had was amazing of the bay, the roof swimming pool has its own snack bar with music playing all day! Stayed here for a week and have nothing but good things to say will defiantly be staying again!

This property is in very poor conditions. The rooms are poorly kept and the furniture is from over 20 years ago. The beds are as hard as cement blocks and the towels are dirty.

Horrible staff, who said they couldn’t find our booking and made us wait late at night 2 hours to check in . Lady on the desk said she wanted to wait for her manager to come and when he arrived said the booking had been there the whole time. Really unfair staff, no consideration and overall disappointed really

The good thing is .. you’re right in the middle of the action.. the bad thing is.. you’re right in the middle of the action. You can hear people walking and talking in the hallway like they are inside your room at all hours of the night. Staff is very nice but but also only came to clean our room like 3x in a week but sheets not changed. Housekeeping knocks really aggressively at around 8am which is not a good way to wake up after a night of partying. A lot of young party people in that area and hotel , frat house vibe . I would not stay here again but may be good if on a budget and under 25 years old. WiFi is available for a fee but still very spotty and non existent in some rooms. Beds are not good, came home with major back pain.

Cheap and well located
It's very basic, room wasn't cleaned everyday and pillows are very flat. However location is great and the roof top pool area is lovely.

We had a Wonderful stay at our Central Park Apt. The Front staff evening gentleman were very friendly and gave us many suggestions about food, transportation. Hotel is very centrally located to restaurants and shopping areas. We would def recommend it. Also the Pizza place next to it, its very good. Lucas really treat us very well.

Great stay
Great location Ibiza 15 mins walk to mambo one side and then ocean beach the other side... staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but clean and have what you need in for a short stay, balcony on the small side but has a lovely pool area on top of the hotel with a bar there. Would stay again.

I did not like anything about this place. It is not clean, they do not clean your room daily. The customer service is awful, and they charge you to get wifi, for an extra key, there are no complimentary anything. Just dont stay here.

We loved the property! Very central, close to restaurants, beach, 10m walk from lidl, close to party bus and buses to Ibiza and other areas! Very clean, helpfull staff, amazing rooftop pool with really good music playing all day. Not for families though, as the music from the pool can be heard loud all throughout the property, and neighbours will start playing load music on speakers from the morning until late. As we were party goers ourselves, this was the perfect spot! We'll be coming back next year!

Grubby & noisy.
Floors dirty. Seems just a wipe around had been done as I had someone's hair stuck to my socks. Cockroaches the size of my hand in bathroom. Had to chase them out of room. Room needs updating badly! I know some of the rooms have been done but I unfortunately had the pleasure of staying in the outdated 80's room. It's Ibiza non stop party location so it's going to bd a noisy hotel. Perfect for 20 year olds first holiday slap bang in the middle of it all. I'm approaching 40 I know next time to spend a bit more for a better stay in more upmarket hotel.

Loved the rooftop pools, great music and atmosphere. The hotel is so central to everything, a beach just round the corner, Eden and Es Paradis. Great having a Lidl not even a 10 minute walk away too.

Perfect stay for a cheap trip away with mates.
The place was prefect for a cheap trip. We wasn't spending a lot of time in the room so it was perfect for our needs. If you intend to spend a lot of time in the apartment, maybe it's not for you, it depends on your needs. But decent room, friendly staff, incredible roof top pool. Again, it was perfect for the 10 of us :D Thank you

Perfect for the week
perfect location for everything we needed for the week. Staff are really friendly especially Teressa on the front desk and Santiago at the bar pool!! Hotel was really clean, room a little dated but friends stayed in one of the new rooms but great size room and balcony we had. I’ve been to Ibiza many times and will definitely book to stay here again next year.

Def worth staying in
I abs loved central parks and will def stay there again, not too close to the nutty end of west end but in a decent enough location to get to the beach and have a good night kip. Beds were comfy and clean, room was a nice size and air con worked thank god. Staff kept their distance and the pool on top of the roof was the bomb great music and happy atmosphere. arghhhh i have the ibiza blues now

Cheap but central
Booked for 1 night as I had other accommodation provided for the rest of my holiday. Location was 30 seconds walk from the Egg and 3 minutes walk to the bus station. Check in was slow and could be improved with a digital system. The room was a far walk from the reception but as a result it was very quiet. Very basic room but clean and amazing air con. Kitchen included table chairs and a kitchenette. The shower was fiddly to get the correct temperature so had the option of cold or boiling. Would stay again as it was only £24 a night.
