“It's OK!”

Food was excellent but the room assigned to me did not meet the 4-star rating. There was also noise coming out of a tree which was very close to the balcony.

“MNHoneymooner's”

We stayed in San Antonio and Evissa and San Antonio was much better! Bellamar was a great hotel with a great location across the street from the beach! Watch the beautiful sunset every night! To the south, it was a little run down, to the far north, same thing. Bellamar is right in the middle, perfect! We didn't have a view from our room, but, we didn't spend a lot of time in our room (spent it on the beach!). The hotel staff was great and very helpful. They had a very competitive exchange rate on money (USD to Euros). The hotels has free internet on the main floor (wifi). Got a weak signal in the room. Bar and pool area's were very nice and a magician performed on Saturday night for entertainment. Market and taxi stand right next door. Airport bus has a stop right in front of the hotel (Bus 9 I think). The bus was packed when we left (could be avoided if you traveled to the bus station). Overall, a great hotel in a great location! Only complaint is the beds (all of Europe has the same standard - always the double beds - what happened to the queen or king size bed?). Not the best for honeymooner's. Visit Sa Capella (restaurant). The best! A cheap taxi ride from the hotel with excellent food, service and atmosphere!

“A perfect way to get away from the hustle bustle.”

I have stayed here before and I knew that this was the place I wanted to stay again as the services in the hotel are very good. It's out the way of the night life and has a very relaxed feel. Don't worry it is only 5 mins walk to all the night life. It seems that the kind of person that stays here are more mature and are not drinking around the pool or throwing each other in, which is ideal if you have been out till 7 am. One of the best Hotels in San An easily.

Area recommendations
Right at the end of the promenade this hotel is perfectly located to get the best of both worlds. Relax when you want and within a few minutes walk all the bars and clubs. If you don't want full on then this is the best place to stay.
Getting around
Use the bus service it is very good. Taxis are overpriced.

“Great location, great food”

Looks new, staff is excellent, all spoke english. Food was fabulous. Only drawback was the twin beds were too hard. Stayed for a week, and highly recommend the Bellamar. They also have an Apt hotel. Get the breakfast and dinner rate, well worthwhile !

“Quiet Hideaway in San Antonia”

We booked this hotel for a short break based on the reviews on Expedia and it certainally lived up to the other reviews. It was clean, tidy and well run. The pool and bar area were excellant, although both the indoor and outdoor pools are not heated. The location was perfect - 30 yards from the beach and a 20 min walk into the town itself as the front. The rooms were a great size although a double bed rather than 2 singles pushed together would have beed nice! Definately recommend the hotel and we will go back in the Autumn when the crowds have left and the sea and the pool are warmer!

“Great hotel - would book here if going back to ibiza”

Excellent hotel - breakfast seemed a bit German orientated, but nothing to really complain about. Pool, bar area, rooms etc were all spotless. Even had nice comfy covers for the sinners which some 5 star resorts don't even do! 100% recommend.

“An excellent hotel well up to it's five star rating”

This is an excellent hotel that just oozes class as soon as you arrive at the entrance. It is superbly appointed, very comfortable and great facilities. Thoroughly recommended.

“honey moon hotel in ibiza”

Simply perfect for the romantic gateway sprinkled with a fun night or two clubbing.

“So Lovely”

Went to Ibiza for a birthday celebration with girlfriends. The hotel was fantastic! Right across from the beach. The staff were super friendly and very helpful, the rooms clean and well-maintained. It's about a 20 min walk into town along a lovely, safe boardwalk along the bay. The hotel pool is also terrific, lots of sun loungers and a clean, inviting pool. I would definitely stay there again!!!

Area recommendations
Make sure you plan ahead and see what's going on before you go. So many clubs, so little time. Also, the food in the restaurant on the beach is terrific. Great value for money.

“Bella Bellamar!”

The hotel was nice and clean, our room was spacious and comfortable with a nice balcony. The do not disturb sign on the door works, which is great if you have been clubbing all night. The maid even came to do the room once we surfaced late in the afternoon. Very good base for the San An clubs and far away enough from the west end louts - perfect.
