“Ideal for quiet loaction but close to everything”

Travelled with my boyfriend and 2 friends, we booked 2 twin rooms, one was considerably larger than the other but didn't matter as we just slept there. All rooms have twin beds which can be pushed together to make a double. The smaller room had one balcony (with a view of scrubland/back yard), ours had 2 - one with same view and one overlooking the pool. Rooms were very clean, had air con and had mini soap, shower gel, shampoo, comb provided. Be careful as the shower curtains are a little flimsy and if water sprays on the marble floor it gets very slippy. We just put towels down. There is a fridge, 2-ring hob, kettle and toaster but we didn't use anything as it was reasonable to eat out all the time with just 2 of us. Also a small tv in the living room but don't think there were any English chanels. There didn't appear to be anywhere around the hotel to sit and relax, other than the rooms but this didn't bother us as we were always out and about. The beachfront and all the shops, cafes etc is a 2 minute walk (if that). There is wifi which you have to pay for. The West End (where all the party action is) is about 15 mins walk along the seafront which makes it ideal as it's quiet but close enough to get to. You could also get a taxi from reception. We didn't use the pool (although it looked nice and very clean) but it wasn't manned at any time. There is a small bar by the side of the pool. We didn't eat at the hotel either.

“Excellent location, excellent hotel, excellent island”

This hotel is an undiscovered jewel! The rooms are so spacious with fantastic facilities and it is in a great location within walking distance of all the great bars and restaurants but far enough away from the Westend. The staff cannot do enough for you; any issue is resolved almost immediately. The bar staff are extremely friendly and the poolside food is fab - a good range of food to choose from with great music played all day. The maintenance man seems to be around 24/7 and takes so much care cleaning the pool area every morning and throughout the day. The reception staff bend over backwards to make sure your stay is a great one; and can organise car hire, club tickets and always have time to get to know their guests. My one complaint.....I only stayed for one week.

we were very pleased with everything, the hotel was lovley, the staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful n the pool area was extremly lovley, was near enough to town to be in the action within 5mins but far enough away not to haveto listen to it all nite!!! a lovley little bar round the corner "trevors mini golf bar" is a must visit ha!!!

“Great location for a budget/very simple hotel - no glam but gr8 fun”

My stay overall was good, the hotel is in a good location close to the beach, the lively bars (Itaca was gr8) and two of the biggest night clubs in San Antonio, Es Paradis and Eden, all these were within walking distance, no more than 15 min to the furtherst one. The hotel was nothing fancy, rooms are like little apartments with a small kitchen, a very simple sofa bed and two single beds in the room kept side by side to make a double bed, the room also had a balcony. There is a pool downstairs which is also nice. If all you plan to do is sleep in the room, this is perfect. U shouldn't stay indoors in Ibiza anyways :D . Female staff at the hotel were very warm and welcoming, the 1 male one I dealt with wasn't so helpful, he wasn't mean just didn't do anything extra or helpful, he gave me my key and after going up the stairs to my room realised it wasn't working and had to go back down again with my suitcase and in heals and he came back with me the 2nd time and didn't even offer to carry my bag for me, I didn't find that nice. I was exhausted and any gentleman would have offered to help. Otherwise hotel was good, stayed for two nights, never had my room clean but didn't mind as it was only 2 nights. I would stay there again if I am looking for budget and good location, better with friends. I was there alone.

“'Great base to discover Ibiza'”

It took me a long time to decide which hotel to choice among the large number of hotels in San Antonio. All I can say is I make the best choice for my budget....quiet but close to all bars/restaurants, great views and very helpful staff. The only thing I would change will be the sofa bed for a double bed as my boyfriend had problems fitting in....but I knew when I book it so I can't really complain!!

“At this price is good”

Of course you can find something better, but for the price we paid the hotel was very good! The hotel is in san antonio, so if you want to live ibiza nightlife, remember that it takes 25 minutes to reach ibiza from the hotel.

“Very nice hotel”

We had a lovely week in the Reco, everything was just has it should have been. Rooms very big and lovely views. Staff very good and happy all the time. Pool nice and clean. More suited for younger people or the younger minded. Dont believe any reports about break in's, the doors are 2inch solid and you would need a sledge hammer to knock them in. Didnt eat any of there food so cant help with that but a excellent hotel for the money, espesially for groups of nice young people.

“3 sterren hotel Reco del Sol, Sant Antonio - Ibiza”

Dit hotel heeft een zeer vriendelijke en hulpvaardige receptie en personeel in de bediening. De service is goed en adequaat, wat je mag verwachten voor 3 sterren. De kamers zijn ruim, voorzien van de standaard zaken welke ok zijn. De faciliteit opzich is gedateerd, slecht onderhouden en toe aan een flinke opknapbeurt qua verf en algemene schoonmaak. het ontbijt gedeelte doet enigszins triest aan alsof het vergane glorie is. voor de vele Engelse toeristen is dit geen enkel probleem. Het hotel adverteerd als kindvriendelijk; is dit echter niet vanwege de vele Engelse toeristen welke laat in de nacht met veel rumoer terug naar het hotel komen en in de middag met veel lawaai het zwembad bezetten. Ook de muziek in het zwembad is in de namiddag hierop afgestemd. Geen aanrader dus met jonge kinderen. Als je dus puur voor de overnachtingen een bed nodig hebt is dit een prima hotel, wil je meer kijk dan in de nabije omgeving naar de 4 sterren hotels welke er tevinden zijn en wel die extra's kunnen leveren. fijne vakantie!

“Vacances parfaites”

Hôtel très agréable, accueil irréprochable, piscine très sympa, et alentours de l hôtel pratique (supermarchés, petits magasins...). De plus, San Antonio est une ville a la fois calme et festive!! On ne s ennui pas!!!!!!!!
