I have never stayed in a hotel like this before. Firstly our room .. the cleanliness was disgraceful. The bathroom had marks everywhere the amenities were grubby. We then discovered our air con didn’t work, once fixed our room started to smell of sewage ! When we notified the hotel staff they weren’t very surprised or concerned they just told us we had to wait for the cleaners the next day. This smell wasn’t a subtle smell it was disgusting and filled the whole room. We then had a lizards that came from the kitchen area and then went and hid in our back board of the bed, when asked to help us get them they did nothing. We stayed for 4 nights only on the 4th night did we get a room change. We we’re told the night before they wouldn’t have any rooms until the next morning which didn’t add up as it was ready for us before 11am and their check out is 11 am therefore people can’t of been in that room. Staff we’re so unhelpful , and the room was disgusting. Our other friend also got changed to a different room due to hotel capacity and her new room was like a prison cell. Her door was unsecured and different to everyone else’s, the room itself was tiny and dirty I’ve never seen anything like it. The fridge was outside on the ‘balcony’. The only thing good about this hotel was the location which usually would suffice but the disgusting smell and service was appalling. Also pool area is rundown, pool is gritty and sun beds don’t work.

Pleasant all you need cheap hotel in a quiet Area
Excellent location Lovley staff Breakfast ok Very clean.. Rooms cleaned every day.. Staff and cleaners are a credit to the hotel..Well done to all Pool area spacious.. If management are reading this,The Sunbeds want throwing in the bin!.. Wants tidying up here and there but overall For a cheap quiet hotel in a great location,you'll not be disappointed.. Those who grumble about imperfections... Spend more!

Great hotel, stayed here 4 times now and still dont understand why it is only rated 2star. Hotel is basic, but spotless clean, great pool, pool bar and the staff cannot do enough to help. Also the location is perfect! Quiet but only 10min walk to main bars etc and o beach

Recommend for decent price
Everything required for a long weekend quick visit to Ibiza, had a studio as it was bigger with a massive sunny balcony, comfy bed and clean bathroom. Bit dated in some areas and pool sunbeds could be doing with replacing but great pool to cool in and perfect location to The side of town for quiet but easy walk in and to the beach for madness.

Lovely hotel, stayed here with 2 other friends and we all loved it. The staff were really lovely and helpful, when we had a slight issue with our rooms air con they were quick to fix the problem for us. The room itself was really clean and we were offered more towels and cleaning if we needed it. Everything in the room worked fine and the balcony was a lovely addition to the room. The continental breakfast buffet had a great selection of food, something for everyone regardless of your food preferences. The pool was clean during our whole stay and there was always space on the sun loungers. The hotel was in a great location, SPAR supermarket 3 minute walk away, there's restaurants within that 3 min walk too. The main strip/beach of San Antonio is only 10/15min walk away. The only thing that could have been improved was that although normal check in is from 2pm, we were waiting until around 2:45pm as the cleaners were not finished. Not a major issue however having travelled from so early that morning you can imagine we all just wanted to crash into bed. Overall a great stay, would definitely recommend this hotel to people.

Solid hotel
Hotel was a good fit for our needs, it was clean which was nice. Beds were hard, which I like, so they were comfortable. Breakfast was solid, nothing out of this world but had some nice choices regardless of where you were from. Pool is awesome. My wife and I hung out there for one day and read while we waited to go out later that afternoon. People staying there were loud, but that comes with staying in Ibiza and not a fault of the hotel.

Basic but decent
The hotel is basic and the bathrooms are a little tired but we had a great stay (2 adults, 2 teens). The rooms were clean and the little kitchenette was very handy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The beach and main strip are an easy walk but still far enough that it is quiet and easy to sleep at nights. Mix of guests including couples, families and young clubbers. Our first visit but would definitely return to La Sirena, perfect if you're looking for a clean and quiet hotel with an easy low key vibe. Worst bit of our stay was the breakfast juice (rank!), funniest bit was the retro 80s and 90s pool music, best bits were the cleanliness and plenty of sun loungers.

You just can't beat this place...Clean & Tidy
Having previously lived in Ibiza, we decided to have a holiday back on the island for 2 weeks. We looked at all the possibilities and felt a 'cheap and cheerful' option in San An, would be enough for our budget. From the second we arrived the staff at Aparthotel Club La Sirena were helpful and very polite. Our room was cleaned every day ( FRESH TOWELS AND BEDDING) by a very friend cleaner. And then there is the breakfast included - AMAZING!! You can go from 'full English' to omelettes - made fresh in front of you, to all cereals, pastries and yoghurts - then all you can drink coffee and cold drinks. WE COULD NOT BELIEVE IT - (the breakfast alone will save a small family 30 euros a day). Yes - it has an 80's feel - but that's quite comforting in the growing world of ALL Inclusive with no character. Even the music by the pool takes you back to your holidays as a kid. But you just end up loving it. Lovely hotel, lovely setting and lovely people. For the price - you just can't beat it.

10 Days in Ibiza - Solo.
I had two weeks off work coming up and nothing booked so very last minute I decided to head out to Ibiza solo. It was my first solo holiday. Before going I used '' Ibiza Spotlight '' and the forums to find other people heading out there. Before I even landed I had a handful of people to meet up with. The Hotel was in a good location, 20 minute stroll to the centre of San Antonio. You can decide if you want your room cleaned each day or not by hanging the ''yes please'' or ''no thanks'' on the door.

Lovely quiet hotel
Booked to stay here for a couple of nights while visiting my daughter who is working in ibiza. Lovely quiet hotel,nice pool,nice clean room,good breakfast choices and friendly staff. Walking distance to the west end but far enough away to get a goid nights sleep. Would definitely recomend

Good clean hotel
Hotel is kept really clean, good attentive staff, the poolside barman deserves a pay rise as he is completely non stop. The hotel itself is cheap and cheerful, does exactly what it says on the tin, an ideal base for staying in San Antonio, quiet enough if you want to get your head down, but close enough to walk to all the main places in San Antonio. Now my 5th time staying at this hotel, and will be staying there next time.

Late checkout impossible
Getting a late checkout from the hotel was a right pain, they were quite evasive and it proved impossible. Given that I had an evening flight (20:40) and check out was 11 AM and I was quite willing to pay for this. I was quite annoyed.

Lovely pool, fun location
Very good for the value. Close to everything and short walk to the beach. Nothing luxury about it but it was comfortable and the staff was welcoming. Included a free breakfast Buffett which a nice selection.

Great value for money, nice pool, in a walking distance to shops, public transport, nightlife etc. one may need and in the same time in rather quiet area allowing good night time rest. The only downside - not possible to close room door without banging it thus waking up whole floor number of times during a night.

Choose this hotel if you're after quiet stay
Great hotel. Located in a very quiet part of Sant Antoni. The atmosphere was also chilled. No music or events in the hotel compound made it even more relaxing to stay. The swimming pool is great. I would recommend staying in this hotel if you you're after quiet stay in Sant Antoni. The hotel breakfast was also good. Lot's of choices.

Wow I guess u get what u paid for. We don't usually go lower than 3 stars but for multiple trips we were doin we were on a budget. Anyhow customer service was horrible to fair. I understand we are in another country where English is not the first language but you would think with so many English man that stay there it would be better. Depending who was in the front most of them didn't try when we had questions, they kind of jus brushed it of. The rooms was horrible. Smelled real bad, broken AC (and it's hot in ibiza in summer), TV was old n couldn't hear it because the button to change volume was broken, bed was hard & sqeeky, all forniture were out dated and old, some of the lights didn't work, WIFI only available in bar only when bar was open, instruction on how to call front desk but no phone in room. The area is ghetto in my opinion but location was good for from all bars n resturants n beach. The only good thing about this place is the breakfast surprisingly was not to bad (not complimentary btw). This was more of a low budget motel than a hotel. Will not come back and good lesson learned not doin hotels lower than 3 stars.

Inexpensive and had a lovely experience
The staff was very friendly, room was clean, even had a kitchenette. You have air con and access to their pool and gym. The hotel is within walking distance from the sunset strip bars. The bus station is right next to it where you can take buses to all the beautiful beaches in San Antonio. Great if you are on a budget!

On arrival we were not welcomed at all by the receptionist, he could not speak english couldnt read english was sighing and tutting! 40mins later we were checked in. T he rooms are great lovely pool area, We all felt very safe. I have stayed in lots of hotels/hostals in san an and would deffo stay here again.

Me and my friends stayed at the hotel for 5 days from 12th june 2009, OBVIOUSLY THE HOTEL IS GEARED UP FOR THE ITALIAN CROWD and is italian run, that said they were helpfull if we needed anything, the pool area is very nice and has a nice relaxed atmosphere as well, the food i thought was just about ok but most of my friends did not stop complaining about it and after the 3rd darythey ate out, that was there choice i wAS HAPPY TO EAT AT THE HOTEL, you did get free drinks at evening meal which is a first, we were on half board and paid £20 a night which is for nothing really,, walk up to the west end is about 15 mins along the bay the tulip bar is very good, all in all a good base for your hol, and you get what you pay for!

Un grand coup de rafraîchissement s'impose ! La salle de bain est très vieille, la chambre est pas très propre, pas de stores dans les chambres. Point positif le personnel de réception très sympa, les petits déjeuner variés..et la piscine jolie, par contre les transats sont vétuste et pas propres, comme la salle de bain.

L’état des équipements restent franchement à désirer. Salle de bain en mauvaise état avec l’eau qui a du mal à s’écouler dans la baignoire entre autres… le frigo mis de travers car il dégivre en permanence et ne faisait que fuir… et les murs hyper fins… Par contre personnel de l’accueil très sympathique !

Zeer schoon, maar verouderd. Zowel de kamer als bijvoorbeeld de ligbedden bij het zwembad. Medewerkers waren zeer vriendelijk en dachten mee. Ook de locatie was zeer prettig en rustig.

Melhorar alguns aspetos apenas
Hotel bem situado, comércio à volta, os responsáveis podiam ter mais atenção ao barulho praticado por outros hóspedes e limparem melhor os quartos diariamente (neste caso o chão que nem sempre limpavam) pequeno almoço não era nada de muita diversidade mas era bom.. em geral penso que os responsáveis deviam de gerir melhor o hotel para subir de qualidade visto que tem tudo para isso
