Un rapida estadìa
Muy facil acceso, buen sector. Cercano a centros comerciales y supermercado. Por mejorar luces en pasillos e insonoraciòn en habitaciones, mejorar comfort de almohadas. Habitaciones estandar pequeñas.

This hotel wrongfully charged me $8000.00 for my child. My reservation was for one adult and one child. The AC in the room did not work. Over all not a bad hotel, but they will try to nickel and dime you anyway they can.

Short term place for laborers and business people
This is not a hotel for Americans on vacation. It's mainly for short stay laborers and business persons. The new building is very narrow with all rooms only on one side of upstairs hallways facing a busy main street. Cheap construction with loose fitting windows lets in street noise all night long. Rooms are super small with hardly any space to turn around and no space for large luggage. Thankfully, the room had good HOT water and electronic safes like those found on cruise ships.

We are terribly sorry that the noise from the streets was a problem for you, but I do want to inform you that we are working on designing a different window that will help us keep out the noise. Perfect in the heart of Ibague
The hotel services and all attention was perfect: receptionists, waitress, security guard and room cleaners. All of them were very nice people.

Eco hotel is good but not super comfty, great loca
I think is a fair hotel, for that price you get a good room, but is not a super sleeping experience and in the room you feel that your space is invaded by your partner. Super location.

This is a modern hotel in a good and safe area.
The hotel is close to a shopping mall and restaurants. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful - although no English. No swimming pool. The rooms are very compact but clean and comfortable. You can find accommodation for less money and just as good.

Nice new hotel in Ibague!. The rooms are a little small, but if you are trabeling on business or for a couple of days is a very nice hotel.

No vuelvo a estar en este hotel, la verdad desde que llegué, una señora no me atendió bien, el servicio es pésimo, adicional que le cobren el parqueadero al huésped por noche, no es lo correcto. No tienen como un restaurante fijo dentro del hotel para la cena, se debe salir y no facilitan esa parte.

La ubicación es excelente; muy cerca de centros comerciales, bancos y restaurantes. Y el servicio del personal maravilloso. Pero lamentablemente la habitación que nos correspondió no era muy cómoda para dos personas, demasiado pequeña y el baño terrible, tanto por su condición como por su tamaño.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, hay mucho comercio y restaurantes a sus alrededores, la habitación cómoda, el desayuno bueno, lo único malo es que se escucha mucho ruido en los pasillos y cuando cierran las puertas de la habitaciones

Es una muy buena opción en términos de ubicación, atención al usuario y costo beneficio. Sin embargo en lo personal la habitación es un poco estrecha, lo cual le resta comodidad a la estadía.

El hotel es ideal para sólo dormir ,las habitaciones son limpias,pequeñas pero prácticas,modernas y lo que se necesita en un hotel eco.Lo recomiendo aunque hay un poco de ruido por la Zona pero al rato ya el Ruido no es problema.El desayuno me pareció excelente.Lo recomiendo y volvería de nuevo.La cercanía a centros comerciales también es una ventaja.
