We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and found it to be very spacious and luxurious. It is close to the CBD,Southbank restaurants and DFO shopping. We found the lifts a little disappointing as when we arrived 6 persons and luggage it wouldn't work. After trying different cards, lifts etc for 10 - 15 min we worked out we were to heavy for it. We are by no means big people, I estimate our combined weight with luggage 650kgs and the lifts were rated to 1500kgs so maybe they need replacing. This certainly would not stop me recommending this hotel as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and regretted we weren't staying longer.
Clean hotel, friendly staff, quiet and comfortable rooms that are spacious, the internet could be improved as well as the room lighting, nonetheless the hotels location is close to public transport (within walking distance of Southern Cross Station). The hotel is worth a stay if in Melbourne.
We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel, which was very well located for our purposes and close to shops and eateries. Hotel was very good value for money with breakfast included - all at a high standard. Have already recommended to others.

a room with a toilet hanging of it, bed was extremely uncomfortable and needed to go to the tip. ok for the price in the city but you should only stay here if you plan to get wasted drunk. cant see anyone getting any sleep if sober
