I had booked a premium room with 2 twin beds. They gave us one with a king bed and it was frankly horrible. On enquiring, they had given our room away even though I booked it 21 days in advance. They tried to compensate they gave us a separate mattress which led to bad back for my friend. The washrooms were old and the bathroom door wouldn’t lock. The TV and internet didn’t. The technician couldn’t fix the internet and they gave us another UN/ pass. They couldn’t give a second key since system was down. They upgraded us to a premium room the next day and room was much better. They also gave us a complimentary supper. Breakfast was average but dinner was good. Though they tried really hard to make our stay pleasant after the first night, the hotel is in a really very bad condition even for the premium floors.

The hotel is beautiful and check in was so smooth. The room was great, the sheets were clean, and it had a great view. But the room smelled of stale cigarettes, the carpet probably could probably use shampooing to get rid of the smell, easy fix and it would be absolutely perfect!!

While the service is great, location is good as well - the rooms are dated and carpet has mold, water in the bathroom showers doesnt drain and towels given are super old! They need to replace carpets at a minimum..

Internet was not working in my room. I called the front desk almost 4-5 times and even went to the desk to complain about the WiFi. They said they will send someone to check but no one ever came to check this.

Bathroom drain was plugged. Found out when i took a shower. Entire bathroom flooded. Room service should check this everyday. Refrigerator was not working. I had eye drops which needed to be kept refrigerated. Needless to say, the eye drops had to be discarded. They changed the refrigerator after 24 hours of my complain. I would not stay in this hotel again.

The staff refused my guest's entry because we weren't married. We asked for an explanation many times, but the staff kept repeating their stand without giving any reasonable justification. This left us feeling targeted and helpless. The situation worsened when the security manager, started acting unprofessionally. Instead of helping to calm the situation, he was intimidating and made us feel even more uncomfortable. We asked him to show us any rule that denies entry to guests based on marital status, provided they are adults and have valid IDs. However, he didn't answer our questions. Adding to this situation is the twist in the narrative from your security manager and staff. They now allege that my guest was seeking to enter the hotel without providing proof of identification, which is entirely false. At no point during our interaction did they request identification, a fact that further demonstrates the unjustified nature of their actions? To add insult to injury, the security manager tried to grab my phone without my permission when I tried to document what was happening. His actions were threatening and he failed to create a safe environment for guests. Feeling unsafe and frustrated, I decided to pack my belongings and leave your hotel. However, I managed to record some parts of this unpleasant interaction and I can provide this evidence if needed, before deciding to share this experience on social media.

Not the same Radisson
Not the same Radisson as before. Not maintained, rooms in bad condition. Upholstery is old and not renovated. Lights not working and not replaced. Maybe industry hit due to covid, but that's where reputation of brand matters. Saving grace is the Food department. Staff are caring and services are excellent. Specially the head of Dining Mr Arun Das. Hotel needs investment to keep up to the brand name.

A hotel need careful check-in prcedure
We have a further stay afterwards and have a very bad experience on billing and charges. Highly recommend future visitor do go through terms with front desk before check-in.

This has been one of the worst hotel where I have ever stayed. I had to fight for the following 1. The hotel denied that breakfast is included in my package despite the booking clearly stating the same. 2. The hotel provided me with twin beds despite the booking showing it as King bed. 3. The front desk staff was rude and did not acknowledge their mistake. 4. The housekeeping after cleaning the rooms did not even keep the towels- basics and we had to call them 4 times to get the same. 5. To get our luggage in our room- they initially said it has been sent, however, it wasn't. We had to literally go to the reception in the midnight and again scold them to get the luggage in the room. 6. When we got to the hotel the front desk person also stated that one of the rooms is not ready and we had to wait for 30 mins even though we reached at 7.30pm.

Hotel Radisson Hitech City Hyderabad is an excellent place to stay in Hyderabad either for business trip or family trip. The Guards receiving are of pleasant manner while being strict which is absolutely essential. The Front desk staff is very patient, cooperative, pleasant and efficient. The House staff especially Abhimanyu is extremely competent, humane, considerate, extremely cooperative and understanding. The restaurant staff (Cascade) very cooperative, patient and able to manage the large crowd very efficiently. The view from the hotel is breath taking. Location of the hotel is very convenient as there are shopping malls, eateries and other places located quite at reasonable distance. Would love to come and stay here only during all my visits to Hyderabad

Avoid Radisson Hyderabad
The property is dated. Bathroom in my room leaked all night. I asked for this to be fixed but was not. The buffet manager at breakfast was too busy to attend to customer requests. A glass of water took 20 minutes, A dosa came in 15 minutes and an omelette and cup of tea did not come at all.

needs investment, staff lovely.
Radisson you need to invest in this hotel. This is not about one hotel having the budget to invest in itself this is about the company not sitting on its laurels and expecting to be popular because it’s one of the oldest on the block. The staff were lovely- the hotel was tired. You have lost around 100 customers who will now stay in the Westin twice per year for university events due to your lack of investment. I have stayed in MANY Radissons from Bucharest to India and I never thought the Romanian one would be top.
