“First time in Hyderabad for business.”

This hotel is centrallly located. It is a 4 to 5 in condition. Some small maintainance work would easily make it a 5 but I'm being picky. The sevice was fantastic from concierge to front desk to housekeeping, laundry and especially restaurants. If anything the restaurant service was too good in that at times I was interupted in conversations to ensure everything was acceptable. But I'd rather that level of service than the opposite. The food and restaurants in the hotel were all I needed. Buffets from breakfast to lunch to dinner were something to behold. The Restaurants were excelent also.My room was serviced regularly and well although the sheets were too small for the KS bed and often 'short sheeted". Overall I would not stay anywhere else should I be in Hyderabad again. A+ for effort.

“ITC Kakatiya”

ITC Kakatiya is a good value (like most luxury hotels in India) up market hotel with great service. Good for business travel as long as your business is in central Hyderabad (it's a bit far from HiTech city)

“Value for Money”

A very good hotel and well located.I have been staying here for the past 10 years.The only disappointment was Peshawari was a better restaurant than Kababs and curries.
