I literally asked my sheets to be washed, upon arrival the room was smelling. The sheets were musty , I could see hair strands all over the bed, very unpleasant. They have an hygeine issue, the cleaner is doing a terrible job. Clean sheets and new pillows won't hurt you all. The side lamps don't work, throw it away. I was so uncomfortable with the noise and people playing loud music.

Making the reservation was very easy. A few minutes after making thw reservations i received call from the hotel asking me if we would be there soon becauae he wanted to go to bed. The hotel it self was very dirty and looked very ran down. Lots of hair (huge clumps),in shower! Offer Breakfast but nothing was stocked .

The guy at the check in desk was very unprofessional. When we got there to check in there was a sign to call this number for help. After 5 minutes he showed up. Later I needed quarters for the washing machine. He gave me some. I came back for more and he wouldn't take the coins I brought to get quarters. I saw them in his hands. I sent someone else with bills to get more quarters & he lied to him about having quarters for the washing machine. There was something on the wall behind the door in the bathroom, brown stain on the sheet on 1 of the beds, & shower was too nasty to use. 1/2 roll of toilet paper with no back up. Breakfast was 1" of orange juice in the container, Cheerios, or a waffle. Kitchen area was dirty. I would never have anyone stay there. Had a sign in the lobby about lack of help so be kind to the cleaning staff. I never saw any staff except the 1 man behind the desk.

Outside door latch on the back door is broken. There is a picture online of the door latch in the same broken condition 10 months ago. The first room we checked into: pillows were stained and dirty with no cases 3 of 5 lightbulbs in the room were burned out refrigerator was without power and smelly water ran out when I opened the door They put us in another room with the following issues: curtain rod was broken in half 2 burned out lightbulbs fridge was frozen up with ice and had old food in it from previous guests toilet the seat was broken the toilet leaked water all over the bathroom floor shelf in the bathroom was falling off the wall microwave made a loud noise desk knob was missing entertainment center latch was broken and had a sharp protruding bracket that was a hazard for my young son tub did not drain there were no clean towels at the front desk Two other guests at the front desk echoed my experience In the laundry room in the trash there was a department of corrections jumpsuit and a pair of tennis shoes in the trash. Someone literally walked into the hotel where we were sleeping, through the broken door, and swapped out their clothes. Presumably an escaped inmate trying to avoid the police. I twice requested a refund for my room for the second night so I could go to another hotel. I was told, by 2 different hosts, that they could not be held responsible for housekeepers not doing their job. Manager will not answer phone calls or emails.

It seemed that there were two men running the hotel. You had to call a phone number if no one was at the front desk. We ended up spending time in the lobby, waiting on someone to come to the front desk. The rooms were not clean. The hotel towels are old. The bedding was old and the pillows were terrible. I don’t think they had pillowcases on them. The hallway had quite a bit of trash in it.

Do not be fooled by the name Baymont, which is normally pretty good. It was like a Motel 6, but at a Baymont price. It is dirty, dingy, and the rooms are horribly outdated, small, and very cheap.

This is the worst
This was the absolute worst day of a hotel that I have ever been in when you get there, the attendant is not there, he looks like he comes from the other room sleepy, then we check into the room, the room is extremely hot, and this is at 4 AM in the morning it never cooled down from 4. AM to 8 AM. We had to get app for the next day's activities. And we told it intended. We were checking out. And we were not going to extend for the 2nd day. He told us that he could not do anything about refunding us our money and could not do anything. Regarding the air conditioning, it had to be done through the third party. There also some.sort stain on blanket

We were housed in one of only a few rooms that were not undergoing remodeling, and it felt uncomfortable to be surrounded by gutted rooms. There was also no elevator. There was one other guest on our floor, at the far end of the hall, and their door repeatedly slamming sounded like it was right next door to our room. Then, a giant and heavy painting from the wall fell onto one of the beds while we were sleeping. The booking site advertised laundry on site, but the machines were overpriced and small, no laundry soap was available for purchase, and the front desk didn't stock quarters. The single employee working was very kind and helpful and was clearly doing his best, but this property should probably fully complete its renovations before accepting guests.

We arrived at the motel on time and waited in the lobby for the clerk once he showed up he kept talking on his phone instead of checking me in. When we got to our room the bathroom was dirty and there were what looked like pubic hair in the bottom of the bath tub. All night long there were doors slamming and people talking yet there were signs in the lobby that stated quite time was from 12 am to 6:30 am. There really needs to be fruits added to your breakfast as not everyone can eat waffles or cereal. We will not stay again. Very disappointed

This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed!! Dirty, run down, smelly, over priced. Do not stay here! The beds are old lumpy mattress and old lumpy pillows that were literally falling apart. The blanket was so old and worn you can see through it. Fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Light bulbs out and not replaced. It’s old and run down. It smells of mold and musty. They charged us $50 deposit three times. We had to get ahold of our credit card company to get it straightened out.

Very disappointing property and I ended up not staying there. I didnt see any remodeling going on. The paint was peeling off the mirror. The bed had an imprint that looked like somone had sat there. Thr hallway smelled like pee and the entrance opposite the main door was not secured. It was open to anyone who walked up.
