Im first time visit in Bandung. Im worry abot the place and hotel. But I reach the hotel the receptionist invite me im really like. They are very kind to me im really happy to stay there. Im strongly recommend every body.
Staff was very helpful and friendly but unfortunately only some could English which was difficult sometimes. There was a PC to use. Breakfast was simple Indonesian style but very good. The room was not as clean as we expected it for that price category. The “worst” thing was that the room did not have a window, which was a little depressing!
Hotel's facilities were up to standard but what really stood out for us were the wonderful staff of Verona Palace. They were always pleasant and at the ready to meet our every requests, even to the point of gathering the entire crew to aid us on our first night when we needed help with getting SIM cards for our phones. Customer service was on point and our trip was made a whole lot more enjoyable thanks to their never faltering smiles and warm hospitality. Shout out to Teti, Dedi, Ujang and the rest of the crew, whose names we weren't able to catch, for being the very best.
We have spent 2 days at this hotel, when we slept @ night we've shocked by the noice from the plumbing next door, the noice is killing me arrgh, hotel staff & engineer still cannot fixed the problem until we've checked out
But overall the hotel is good,clean, close to the food market so we can enjoying Bandung cullinary
