I loved it there, even though it was a short stay, reception and staff were friendly amd the room was always clean and tidy. The private beach was wonderful as well.

The visit was nice in general, the place is nice, services is nice it could be better like the bathroom wasn't wiped once in 3 nights, it was clean not wiped unless ask. Dinner doesnt have much of variety, ywt they responded to do a request for dessert which we appreciate. Generally they miss small things like some food was leftover and lemon was not covered. Just small things that makes them better. Over all it was nicem

The property and the rooms were absolutely beautiful. I wish the pool would have stayed open later as it always closed around 5pm. We arrived on the evening of my daughter's birthday and the manager at the restaurant through together a beautiful cake. The staff goes out of their way to make your stay great!!!

Great hotel for families with young kids. Quite and safe. We were upgraded to a sea view room. The food in the buffet was excellent and varied each night. The staff from the reception to the gardeners went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. We will definitely be back to El Gouna and Movenpick.

Room is good, well furnished food is good the view is amazing hotel is so quiet no activities to do at the hotel, you have to rent a boat for snorkeling or diving or book safari, this is the only activity you can do. number of staff is too little to serve too many guests.

We both got sick from this filthy dirty hotel that should get - star. Food is reheated from previous days, dirty hotel unsafe to be inhibited by humans. They should clean disinfect and learn their dummies how to handle food.

The property itself is great but the staff is unfriendly and clearly differentiate between how they treat foreigners vs. Egyptians. We paid for our room in full yet somehow we had the impression of being treated as second-class citizens. Also the housekeeping team talks to you in a way that screams "tip me, tip me". We were not impressed. Probably the only ones who smile at you in this place are *some* of the cooks who serve you food at the open buffet and one of the waitresses. The rest are either too robotic or have an attitude - we never knew why.

A beautiful hotel with a great beach, and helpful staff.. An excellent romantic getaway or a place were you can chill and relax.. The only flow, is food; they need to do something about it..

Service was excellent. Staff is very friendly. Food is outstanding. My compliments to the chef Dinner should include water, if anything else is needed will choose to get it. I feel forced to pay for water. Beach is so rocky. Couldn't have the kids play on the the sand bc there isn’t any.

This is my third time stay in this hotel but this time I wasn’t really satisfied since my booking was half board coz no BB reservation was available, my surprise was that I was informed that half board is breakfast and dinner only!!! When it is known world wide that half board means breakfast and lunch or dinner and I wasn’t informed other than that when I made my reservation!! Which was really upsetting on my check in, however I informed them with my complaint, they gave me the option either all days lunch or dinner! Again was chocking! So I had to choose lunch without any satisfaction from this reaction.
