Few things went wrong - first, as my partner arrived early she was given a room full of cigarette odour... [despite booking for non-smoker room] when complaining to the reception they have not reacted.
But a bigger problem was when I have arrived 12 hours later - despite having a reservation confirmation with me I had to waste over 45 minutes arguing with check-in staff about - no I do not new second room, just take my passport and show me our room [I could not contact partner, and wifi was not working]
My flight ticket is not relevant as I do have fully paid reservation and will not accept price change just because I have just arrived from as they described "richer country"
Then despite being 40 or so minutes before restaurant closure, I was treated with a rude response - unable to even get some food as they have been cleaning all dishes, no spoons to load salads or something like that... When I insisted they brought me one spoon and stand next to me hurrying me to just get a salad and go - not an experience I appreciate.
Breakfast was poor too - simply mess, no any means of hygienic food serving.
Then around 10 am they called me at my room with again quite a rude attitude asking why I am not checking-out - we have explained so check-out is 12 noon, so we have at least 2 hours left...
