The hotel is very good and clean but the room we stayed at was not good No balacony, no view at all The location is very good to have a walk outside In general, a very good hotel but don't choose the cheapest room

Nice stay if you're on budget
A clean and nice place to stay. 1st day dinner was amazing but the 2nd day the food was terrible. Breakfast is fine with a good variety. Friendly staff Overall a nice place for budget travellers.

The food was good, the service was acceptable, but when i go to pay the amount they told me the amount has been changed and they add about 150 doller to the total amount... which was wrong and they took 2 hours to check this with the reservation team which make me go out side the hotal to dirnk coffe till they call me but they did not even call me and i had to go there and talk to reservation manger to solve this issue, and this lose me the first day already which is not acceptable to me

I have had a booking for a king-size bed but the Manager at the reception advised that only families can have a big bed so I ended up with a single bed even my booking confirmed a king-size bed. Very unhelpful staff at the reception with hardly any English. Very disrespectful and made me feel completely disappointed.

Biggest disappointment ever - avoid
Few things went wrong - first, as my partner arrived early she was given a room full of cigarette odour... [despite booking for non-smoker room] when complaining to the reception they have not reacted. But a bigger problem was when I have arrived 12 hours later - despite having a reservation confirmation with me I had to waste over 45 minutes arguing with check-in staff about - no I do not new second room, just take my passport and show me our room [I could not contact partner, and wifi was not working] My flight ticket is not relevant as I do have fully paid reservation and will not accept price change just because I have just arrived from as they described "richer country" Then despite being 40 or so minutes before restaurant closure, I was treated with a rude response - unable to even get some food as they have been cleaning all dishes, no spoons to load salads or something like that... When I insisted they brought me one spoon and stand next to me hurrying me to just get a salad and go - not an experience I appreciate. Breakfast was poor too - simply mess, no any means of hygienic food serving. Then around 10 am they called me at my room with again quite a rude attitude asking why I am not checking-out - we have explained so check-out is 12 noon, so we have at least 2 hours left...

The hotel was NOT like the pictures not happy
The room was not very good at all one little window .the beds well may have slept on the floor they were that hard .food no choice at all .me and my daughter didn't eat in there at all.pool side not enough beds and the beach .the handle on the door was falling off the bathroom well shower what bloody shower the water ran so bloody slow we had to wash our hair separate .all I can say is never again well I ever stay there it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.this hotel should not be on this site

Good value for money
Stayed here for a week and cannot complain! Got what we paid for. Food wasn't great as breakfast was the same each day but dinners were slightly better. Anyways it didn't bother me much as I only needed somewhere to sleep! Would definitely recommend if you are planning an active stay and not all inclusive, by the pool holiday.

Good enough hotel to stay with reasonable price
It was good to stay there, Nice food, but hard to speak in English still friendly receptionest though. Kitchen manager was really kind and professinal. When food was gone, he asked his staff to cook more. when food was ready he came to us and let us know the food is ready. However, some staffs want to get extra money from us. Overall, Nice hotel. I would be there again If I go there.

Hotel was showing its age , rooms a bit tatty ,telly in room was pretty much useless.I was all inclusive ,food was ok but pretty bland or overcooked, but plenty of it.WiFi was pretty poor with the router in hotel lobby getting overloaded and you could only get it there.
