“High priced Wifi”
Perfectly fine hotel, except Wifi is very expensive - 80 Egyptian Pounds for one hour. Business centre charges the same, not good if you going for business. Otherwise a nice place in a nice part of town. Though there are no reefs at the beach so you must book a trip if you want to snorkel/dive.
“Great escape for handicapped”
I recently spent a week in the Hilton Hurghada resort and I was really impressed. Being in a wheelchair usually presents a problem anywhere I go in Egypt. The Hilton was well equipped, my room was supplied with a special bathroom, ramps in place in all areas. The staff was very helpful without being cloying. I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, beauty, and helpful staff. I will certainly visit again!!!!!
“DO NOT EXPECT THE QUALITY OF THE UNITED STATES HILTON”
Had a good time at the pool bar but that is about it. bathrooms suck, I was at the hotel at 4pm to check in but after so much pain with the front desk I got my room at 7pm.

I am very glad we tried this resort! The staff is very friendly and professional, everybody took a good care of my husband and me during the whole stay..We would definetly recommend this hotel both for couples and families..
“Good hotel with bad service”
The hotel is in very good condition. In fact, I would say it is one of the best in Hurghada. However, the office/front desk staff are nuts. The do a very bad service.
“Not 5 Stars At All”
This hotel was not what it should be, a 5 star rating? Where did that come from? Mould in the bathroom, a mouldy shower curtain, a toilet in a rather odd place and a weird green decor. The room itself, was tired - is the best word I could describe it as. The windows and miniscule door to patio didn't seem to fit properly and let in breezes and therefore mosquitos. The sun terrace was dirty, ugly and had no sun ever. The view from the windows was of the side of another building and very little of the gardens. The hotel is split into 2 sites the bigger beach side and the smaller add-on road side. While going across to the beach side (where everything is) you run the risk of taxi drivers and their incescant horn blowing to get your attention and possibly your business. The sharp cobbles outside all hotels on that road made the ride to the hotel excruciating. The dive centre was expensive, doesn't take plastic and wanted euros - BUT ITS IN AFRICA! There are many dive centres there, most hotels have one on site. There was little business going so you had to be driven to another hotel to go out. Which was annoying. The old saving grace was the barber on site - able to do a proper cut throat shave. I wish I hadn't spent the little extra for what should have been a really nice hotel, it just wasn't worth it.
“Heruntergekommen und viel zu teuer im Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis”
Von "Hilton" merkt man hier rein gar nichts. Das Hotel hat längst seine besten Zeiten erlebt. Beim Frühstück kommt man sich vor, wie bei McDonalds.
“2 Tage Hurghada völlig genug”
Für 2 Tage Stoppover als Kontrast zum restlichen Ägyptenurlaub absolut zu empfehlen - schicker Privatstrand, tolle Zimmer. Ansonsten fährt man doch nicht nach Ägypten um am Strand abzuhängen, oder? Und Ausflüge von hier sind doch viel zu zeitaufwändig. Im Hotel viel All Inclusive, der Mob hängt also einem nicht dauernd auf der Pelle, da die schicken Restaurants immer schön leer sind.
