There was only one issue - my room wasn’t cleaned the last 3 days of my visit. I asked the desk clerk to make sure it was cleaned after 2nd day it wasn’t and when I returned to my room that evening it still hadn’t been cleaned. Other than that, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

Good stay at a busy time
We have never stayed here before. Our usual places were booked Despite a graduation and a cheerleader competition everything went smoothly. The staff were very nice.

They were out of juice for breakfast. Only had milk and hot beverages. Could have at least put a pitcher of water.out. or better yet a pitcher.of juice.. very nice staff. Room carpet had bald spots in it. But.it was sufficient. For the price just expected more.

It’s ok
Your front desk staff is helpful but there’s a problem with communication. Even after telling them I want daily housecleaning on Thursday when I checked in, Friday when I left for the day, Saturday when I left for the day & Sunday, they still didn’t get it right.

For a rate of $269, I expected better. A dog had eaten our sofa, holes in the closet door, gum and stains on the sofa and carpet and the desk lamp had begun to rust. UNACCEPTABLE

The rooms were dirty. Had to be relocated because the room smelled like a dog kennel. Door knobs falling off doors. Furniture dirty, stained, and tattered. Stoves not working. Mattresses on beds stained, uncomfortable, old, and need to be replaced. This hotel needs to be renovated, and cleaned. Horrible experience! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Wet floor
Our air conditioning was leaking and the floor was soaked for a two to three feet around it. I was surprised that we were not offered a different room or a discount. Brett disappointed.

My last resort when in the area
This hotel is in need of updating. There were many little problems in our room - the heater/ac sounded like a tractor trailer was driving right past our room, the bathroom faucet was loose, no tissues, no garbage can in the bathroom. We had our dog with us, so I spent a great amount of time outside. There were dog droppings everywhere. Walking on the grass was a challenge and I wouldn't do it in the dark. On the plus side - the ladies who took care of the breakfast service were so friendly, upbeat, and helpful.

There were bed bugs in my bed. I did let the front desk, as well as, the manager know. I was in room 200, which is a suite,... All the manager said is we will call pest control 😂 Yet, they needed me out right at noon because the room was booked for that day!

Somebody is doing a great job teaching the employees at this location how to smile and converse with people/guests. I'm not sure I've been at a hotel in the last 5 years that had such pleasant workers! WOW what a difference smiles make!! Thank you. We will return to this location when we are in the Huntington area.

I didn’t have the housekeeping services for 4 days during my staying. No vacum. No garbage removal No even toilet paper were replaced. I had to come to front desk to take toilet papers and clean towels 4 nights! I will never be at this hotel again, or any other “by Marriot”
