“Great for Visiting Carolina Renaissance Festival”

I booked at this hotel because I was visiting friends working at the Carolina Renaissance Festival. The location was great, about a 10-15 minute drive to the festival. The room was clean and comfortable (and warm when it was a long day outside in the cold!). I was happy with breakfast in the morning; the coffee was good, the hot food was hot and the cold food cold. I was within walking distance of a Rite Aid and a Waffle House! Woohoo! I wasn't looking for anything fancy, but warm and comfortable. I got exactly what I wanted and would definitely stay there again.

“Not a bad spot”

Safe place for a woman traveling alone, close to some decent places for food, room was clean. Not a high class place, but had a free breakfast that was decent. My only real complaint is that it is really loud and the walls are paper thin, so bring your earplugs if you want to get some sleep!

“Not quite what I expected”

The Ramada in my hometown is very different from this one. The rooms are all outside rooms, and the quality was more like a MOTEL. Not a good choice.

“Not a bad Hotel”

This hotel needs an update. It felt like it has not been updated in years. I will say that the room was extremely clean and very spacious. The room had a very long bathroom vanity so there was plenty of room to lay out all of your toiletries. There was an iron and ironing board as well as a blow dryer. The room also had a refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker. We used all of these amenities during our stay. The shower pressure was also very good. The price of the hotel was extremely reasonable and it was convenient for us as we were visiting children that lived a little bit North and a little bit South. The complimentary breakfast was nice to have but it was very small with only a few different items and everyday had the same choices. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Hotel was probably nice back in the day but is run down and in need of maintenance. The staff and the pool are nice and the location in great.

Went to visit our kids outside charlotte nc area. We thought we would make this a little get away. When we got to our room checked in early in fact it was 8am. We did like that, But little to my surprise i got into room and carpets were soaked like someone cleaned them, Not the case!! We had very few towels and the hotel is run down!!! Staff very polite and friendly, But cant make up for this hotel. The rooms were worn and dingy. Air not cold and kept turning off at 75???? The next night we switched to diff room , NO BETTER!! Decent breakfast buffet, But no impressed.

“WONDERFUL STAFF!”

I should of have remembered the receptionist's name! She was such a great help. We arrived way ahead of the 3 o'clock check in time and there was no room for us. The thing was we had to be at a wedding at 2 p.m. and had no where for us to go. She asked for my number and said she would call me as soon as there was a room. She calls me about an hour and thirty minutes later saying she'll have a room ready in thirty minutes. Then, she calls five minutes later and my room is READY! Checking in took only a minute or two. The room was PERFECT and breakfast was AWESOME. Could not ask for more for the price!

“OK Hotel”

We only stayed overnight, but it was ok for the price. No complaints. Clean room, quiet, g\friendly staff. Will stay there again!
