Can't beat the price for the value, quality and location.

“Good location”

Very good location near shops and restaurants. Birkdale Village is really nice! Room is spacious with couch, desk and mini kitchen. Breakfast could be better but it's free so I shouldn't complain. Front desk lady was very friendly and polite. We had a nice stay.

“Great hotel - very quiet.”

This was the quietest hotel I have stayed at in a long time; which is something I find very appealing. The room was very well designed, comforable, and clean. The restroom lacked a vent fan, which is something that annoys me greatly; but this seems to be a common trend in most hotels so I cannot rate this hotel negatively based on this factor. Staff were all very friendly and professional.

“NC stay”

My only complaint was that I had to tell the staff about extreme noise from people banging and slamming doors all night, loud music and they had to call the police to come out 2 times. Otherwise, best quality of a Holiday express I've ever stayed at. Front office staff and the lady that set up the breakfast did a great job and friendly.
