Amazing Hotel
I was astounded by the quality of this hotel for the cost. I would have expected a hotel of this quality to be much more expensive. The staff were excellent.

Staff is great and the facilities are well maintained overall. The common areas need some maintenance capex. The dinner buffet is overcrowded and not exactly my taste but staff again is great! Easy walk to the golf courses. The golf courses are too crowded at times and it takes the fun away. I know it is a separate business but still, that is why you come here for in the first place.

We will definitely be returning!
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. We really liked the pool area and amenities. The staff at the dinner buffet were absolutely amazing and helped us enjoy delicious food in spite of some severe food allergies. Staff at breakfast and dinner and also the room cleaning staff were all lovely and we will definitely be back again!

Our 2nd Stay In Two Years (The Five Star hotel)
We stayed here 2 years ago and were really pleased. We had a great 5 star experience. Boy, how a hotel can change in just a few years.... On the good side: Nice pretty hotel location Pool area is great and the pool bar (in the 5 star part) El Faro has a great ambiance Good breakfast buffet selection Pool view rooms with balcony are nice (Superior Rooms) Majority of staff are friendly This hotel is marketed largely to cater for French, Spanish and Portuguese. The other part of the hotel is a 4 star Aparthotel, 90% French. The Aparthotel guests are permitted to use the 5 Star hotel facilities which impacts negatively on the other guests: 5 Star area pool and bar are far nicer than those provided at the Aparthotel complex which means, every day there is an exodus to the 5 Star area and there is insufficient capacity of sun loungers or seating for lunch at the bar to cater for all. No care given to those with young families who don't smoke or areas allocated for non smokers. If you don't want to inhale passive smoke, you have to stay indoors. If you want breakfast in the beautiful outside breakfast area, you'll have to inhale about 5 cigarettes each. The whole of the bar and pool areas are at times like going back 40 years in UK as all the French (90%), Spanish and Portuguese light up with impunity whether or not they have young kids next to them. In short, if you're a smoker, you'll love it. If not, go elsewhere.

Lovely hotel,friendly and efficient staff couldn’t do enough for you very happy with the service cleanliness and facilities if I had one negative it would be the lunch service at the Faro bar,the queuing system was not what you’d expect from a 5 star hotel insufficient amount of tables and chairs which meant a longer than necessary wait to have lunch but lunch was fine

Too many noisy groups
Whilst the room and general hotel environment was ok it was in need of an upgrade. There were too many groups of noisy male golfers. This made the atmosphere around the pool and outside areas uncomfortable . The food choice in the restaurant was limited for this class of hotel. The location meant that it was not practical to walk to local restaurants. It was often difficult to find a sunbed in the middle of the day.

Relaxing stay in El Rompido
We stayed in the 5* hotel which was a very relaxing stay. There is also a 4* apartment complex on site. Stayed here as a base into the beautiful surrounding areas. We never used the golf facilities but overlooked a section from the room and it looked amazing with numerous golfers out. The room was spacious with a queen bed, a small terrace overlooking the golf course and a large bathroom. It was very clean. WiFi was excellent. From the moment we arrived everything was easy allowing instant relaxation Buffet breakfast is very good with too many selections to sample in one sitting. The evening buffet is equally as well equipped. Fantastic resort, friendly staff and beautiful location.

Good golf resort
Two very good golf courses mean that this is very much a golf resort. The rooms are very good, spacious and clean with good bathrooms. The pool area is good and the location is a walk into the very nice village of El Rompido. However the food is not good enough for what is supposed to a 5* hotel. It is more like mass catering. I would not have been happy if I had taken the half-board option, but then I like my food!

A fantastic 5 star hotel - even for a non golfer!
Precise Golf Resort El Rompido The Hotel delivers exactly what you would expect from a 5 star rated hotel. The facilities ie public areas,restaurants,bars,spa,pools gardens etc.are immaculate. On site car parking is plentiful and conveniently located. Our room was large,comfortable,very clean and with a lovely pool view. The restaurant that we used for dinner and breakfast was excellent.The a la carte menu and fixed price buffet dinner were excellent, both in quality and value. The buffet breakfast was also superb. The service throughout our stay was also excellent,my wife had her birthday during our visit and the staff had a small gift delivered to our room eventhough we has not notified them of the birthday - a very thoughtful and welcome gesture.

Great place for relaxing
Lovely resort with nice pool. Did get a bit noisy with some of the golf groups and the entertainment in the evening just below our room. When we checked out they said we could have asked to move! Buffet and breakfast plentiful and varied. We were asked to move from the hotel to the appartment and offered free half board which actually was a good deal. Golf staff a but varied and don't hire clubs from them. Too expensive.

This is a nice resort. The indoor pool is only available from 9:00 till 15:00 for children. The scenery around the hotel is very nice for walk & running. The staff at the run reception could have been friendlier. They tried to charge me extra because my daughter was 12 y.o and that they said she should have paid an adult rate in half board. As everything was already paid for and that the children ages had been provided, I argued and they cancel the invoice (200 euros) when I checked out. Would I return, maybe. One drawback, it is 1:15 minutes from Seville and the hotel is not ideal for site seeing, more for playing golf & have a relaxing time with nature.

We had an excellent 3 nights at this hotel. We only wished we had stayed longer. The staff are excellent and very attentive. meals were extremely satisfactory. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay. Families are very well catered for but the hotel didn't ever feel noisy or busy. Book now!!

I only stayed for one night, but was utterly impressed from sweeping into the impressive entrance driveway. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful. I ordered room service which was prompt and of high quality. Disappointed I couldn't stay longer. My only criticism would be that breakfast seemed a little disorganised.

Excellent Golfing Venue
I stayed here as a supporter for my golf club that had reached the finals of The Mail on Sunday Golf competition. Venue and facilities were excellent. The staff were amongst the best I have encountered in Europe, efficient, helpful and happy to deal with any small or large request, be it usual or unusual. The food was fantastic, well presented, plentiful and always served with a smile. The two golf courses were in excellent condition. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends.

Nice hotel outside towns
Hotel was easy to get to and had a small grocery store on site. There is transportation to El Rompido if one wants to go to town. Parking was free. We were very pleased with this hotel.

It is a real 5 star hotel and the best thing about this place is the staff. they were very attentive and helpful. The food in the restaurant was perfect. overall cool and coazy place.
