I had left my phone charger in my room when I left. I called about 5 hours after checking out. The person found my charger in the room I stayed in. They will hold it for me until I can return in a couple of weeks to pick it up.

I arrived an hour early with no transportation and was not allowed to check in even though there was not a single car in the parking lot. I was told that I could in and pay for another day. I called a cab and left.

Always a nice stay!
We always stay here when we come to Hudson, the location is just so convenient! They were working on the roof, however, we heard nothing. Rooms are always clean, it's super affordable, and staff is always so nice! The only thing I would suggest, is when we left, the amount of cleaning solution being used by the housekeeping staff made us choke on our way out, it was so very strong. Otherwise, always a happy stay here!

They were installing a roof, but still open. They did not disclose this when booking. Our sink leaked, the air conditioner started smoking and made the smoke detector go off at 3 am in the morning. The chair in the room was dirty, stained, and soiled. The roofers started work on a Sunday at 8 am. Will never stay here again.

I made reservation; Hotels R us; thot i had searched Super8; got high jacked; reserv i thot was Sat nite; turns out it was Mon; ;got charged twice as much for Sat; tried to cancel reserv for Mon; couldn't figure it out; next day daughter went in to cancel, 6 minutes too late. So. will i be using this again? i think u know the answer to that.

At first, everything seemed very standard. Room appeared clean, friendly front desk staff upon check-in, etc. However, the next morning, we noticed dirty swim trunks and underwear hanging behind the bathroom door, presumably from the previous guest. We were getting ready to check-out and the front desk staff was assisting someone else when we went down to leave our key, so we didn't have a chance to tell him. While it was a bit disheartening, it didn't feel too egregious that the cleaning staff forgot to check behind the door. However, what IS very egregious is that fact that we both have noticeable bed bug bites on our bodies following our stay. The person who slept in one of the beds was affected much worse than the other. I've attached a photo of the swim trunks and boxers, and will provide a photo of the bed bug bites to the hotel directly if requested.

The rooms interior, chain lock was broken. I asked to have it repaired. The manager said they don't have chain locks anymore. I had to argue with her to get it repaired as it was there and broken. Its a standard safety feature in hotels. As a single, female business woman, its a must. Other signs of lack of maintenance throughout. The hot tub is why I stay there. Most likely not next year if they are phasing out safety locks.

The hotel smelt walking to check in then upon getting to my room the smell increased. They were full so no other room options and I wouldn’t have got my money back for canceling so had to stay.

With a sold out hotel, more staff should have been scheduled at Check in. I paid for early check in and still it was an AGONIZING process to get checked in. Complete waste of money for extra checkin fee. Room was tidy, but found Candy wrappers at head of bed and on floor from previous guest. When mentioning to front desk, was met with a rude response. Front desk never lifted her head to say good morning, thank you, have a nice day- NOTHING. Hospitality from Front desk is sorely lacking
