Pros: Everything was fine, have no complaints.
Cons: New carpeting in the entry.
Location: It was in a good area. Lots of shops and restaurants around.
The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. The grounds were clean. I would stay there again.

Very clean, but the hotel is obviously new. It was very hard to call in each time I had a question for the people at the front desk were Indian and they're English over the phone was very difficult to understand. When I got to the hotel no one was there to greet us and there was no bell. I ended up having to CALL! Then the lady in the next windowed room who obviously saw us walk in came slowly to the front. Very unimpressed by that. The cut off for breakfast was way too early as well. I had gone down around 7 for coffee then when I went back at 9, everything was already in the process of being put away. When I asked the Indian lady if I could have two plates she handed me the plates and immediately took the food. As if I just wanted plates and no food?! It was like pulling teeth to ask her for a bagel and some cream cheese, forget asking for a knife.... Very rude staff from what I encountered they did not have propped hospitality educate. Attitude is everything in the hospitality business and if your staff is unequipt, hire more staff! Because with a new hotel but awful staff you have little chance at making the customers happy.

Nice hotel

The room was nice. Was thankful for the crib for my son and that we were allowed to have our dog with us. The pool being open 24 hours was great. Needs a better Continental breakfast with more choices than waffles and bagels.

We were in town for a paintball tournament and having to be up by 5 and out of the hotel. The hotel staff went out of there way to have food just for us at 530. It was a great way to start our day. Overall great hotel. We will be staying here again next event
