“Camino Real Zaashila”
Stay was nice, breathtaking location and Neighborhood. Downturns: Intransparent minibar policy (We were forced to pay for items we did not consume) Inadequate behaviour of middle management to solve the issue (Am busy, have to take my breakfast,.) The hotel has high ambitions but can not cope due to inadequate service staff behaviour.
“4th visit and cannot wait for the 5th.....”
We love this hotel and it appears they are making improvements...great to see they are willing to keep competitive.....
“pleasantly surprised @prompted relaxation”
The folks were extremely helpful frrm registration to departure. The hotel needs to provide more on site guest functions such as evening dancing at teh beautiful lounge/restaurant locations. Beautiful surroundings, a very safe environment, and proximity made for a great time. So many notable servers work so hard at amking a guest's stay very welcome, and always courteous. The room a/c unit was bit noisy, but how can one complain seeing the great view from the balcony!
“I left my corazon in Oaxaca.”
As a knitter I love looking for fiber. Oaxaca is loaded with artesans who share their expertise in dyeing wool, weaving, and designing textiles. I would love to take a knitting group there and spend more time with artesans in the local villages.
“Camino Real -- Want to go back!”
Everything was great. We arrived really early because that is when the bus got in, and they did their best to get our room cleaned for us right away so we could get in and relax. Beach is beautiful and pretty private. Food at the beach club was yummy. Our favorite were the happy hour mojitos at one of the bars. The best we've ever had. The room was clean, comfortable, great view of the beach and perfect for relaxation. Water drainage in the bathroom was a problem -- but it is in most hotels in Mexico. But that was all. Would go back in a second.
“A small paradaise with a town in the pacific”
This is a beautiful hotel with very good service. We only had breakfast in the hotel, which was very good quality, with fresh and good shape frut. Ingredientes of the meal was very good quality. All the facilities of the hotel were in excelent condition, and maintained. The site was a nice paradaise. Two things I was not satisfied with were: Thee matress and linen were very clean, but not the quality we expected. Although it is a 3.5 Star Hotel. We had to pay for water left in bottles in the bathroom. Besides that I was very satisfied with the hotel in general. I highly recomend it. Very gogo price for what we got.
“Very good.”
Overall, a good hotel and accomodations. We stayed at a one bedroom suite. We loved everything about it, especially the personal pool.
“Right on the beach with great pool.”
The rooms are huge. Since there weren't many guest we got a room almost directly at the ocean. The rooms are huge and the balconies very nice. Some rooms even have little pool (small sized but with few of the ocean).
“beautiful location”
I had a relaxing and quiet time
