Much difficulty with internet access. It would be intermittent and then we lost it for a full day The other aspects of the hotel were great. An older style hotel but a fantastic location and food and drink service was good in hotel.

No complaints....everyone helpful/easy going.
We booked same day. They had rooms, not in the main block but behind the pool. No complaints, it matched the descriptions and price. Lots of choice at breakfast and they ordered a taxi late at night for the next destination. Location is great for central Hua Hin.

I have been a regular guest for 3 years and I believe that it is the best value for money with a “walk to everything” location in Hua Hin. The staff are friendly and professional - from Reception to the Housekeeping staff!! Having a personal safe in every room is a great bonus!!! Would I return? Yes! ,

Tired hotel in good location
This hotel is ideally placed for beach and town. Have stayed there several times. Ask for new building rooms because parts of this hotel are now very tired and in need of maintenance. There are cheap rooms to be had in the Wannara but dont expect too much

The atmosphere in the restaurant was nice. Had to pay 500 deposit for extra room card to run the AC properly. Only a couple of English speaking channels on TV that didn't work properly. Shower is fine if you are a midget under 5 ft. tall. Nothing was done when I asked to correct problem with TV and shower.

Good location in Hua Hin, but not clean.
In my opinion it is a 3 stars hotel. The room was big but not clean, strange smell, badly maintained. Staff without a smile, don’t speak English.

Disappointing hotel in good location
We were put in a room in wannara house, which is an annexe at back of hotel. Room had no headboard & bed was up against wall & electric sockets. No bedside cabinet. Very poor room & worst we had stayed in throughout travels round Thailand. Cleaners throw all dirty laundry on stairs - as previous reviewers which is horrible & surely unnecessary. Staff not particularly friendly & seem to have an attitude maybe not happy in their jobs

Easy in Hua Hin
Good value hotel in the centre of Hua Hin. Close to beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Nice pool and good breakfast.

I had a 5 night stay at the Wannara Hotel with a pal. Hotel is very good for the price and the location is excellent.

Customer service is terrible! Air-conditioning leaked water on the floor. We were moved rooms but AC in 2nd room didnt work at all. Contacted front desk at 12pm. Staff tried other rooms but AC didnt work in them either. At 2am we gave up all all stayed in our 2nd booked room, uncomfortable night with 4 all in the same room.Tried to talk to manager, but was told he was not available for 3 days. The hotel has not responded to my email. The manager refused to call me as requested and refused to meet or talk with me. Rooms were not clean either and we had problems with AC in 2nd room too. Rating 1 is too high.
