Mosquitoes!
Hotel had good facilities. The major issue was there were at least 50 mosquitoes in the room! When asked they provided us with the mosquito repellent. There was nothing they could do. So basically you can't sleep well. Terrace door is to be shut all the time.

We was pleasantly surprised, though it is slightly out of the way from any where. The facilities and locality to the beach was great for entertaining out 3.5yr old Daughter. We would make another visit again.

Great Thai Time!
Great hotel good room. pool, location a really enjoyable time. Staff very well trained and friendly Food good Only downside everything closed at around 9.30 - no bar etc. Good location with some options to eat out - great bar and Thai street food at Panas and the Sea Wein Sea Food restaurant Definitely a place to recommend

Nice clean hotel with friendly courteous staff.
Nice very clean hotel with friendly courteous staff. Reception staff very helpful arranging excursions. Pool area was amazing, with facilities for oldies was well as little ones. Food was good and well priced but found alcoholic drinks to be overpriced. Perhaps more guests would eat in if drinks were less than 2.5x the going rate. Breakfast was a treat, with both European and Asian tastes provided for. A short distance away from other resorts in the area but did not find this a problem

Lovely family break next to the beach!
Superb family hotel next to a quiet beach. We wouldn't recommend this hotel for younger people wanting a lively nightlife.

We are 3 adults stay at junior suites , pool view. Nice , big room , nice staff . Hotel barbecue buffet is very good worth the price!!!

the hotel was very good, the service by staff was excellent, the only drawback is that there is alot of mosquitos in the room, and we travel with our babies which is not safe at all. moreover, shouldnt pay a premium for a pool room, its not even worth it because the room are on ground floor and we cannt even open the balcony because there is alot of mosquito, the standard room is way better , we booked two room the other ones was better. one reason which i think there is alot of mosquito was they decorated the room with dark colors.

Staff are very cheerful and helpful.
We were greeted by a team of cheerful staff who are very helpful. We have booked total of 4 rooms - 2 family suite, 1 pool room and 1 deluxe which are located in different building but the recepion staff is very nice to bring the group to individual room and show us the facilities. The frontline team is great. Although the hotel is a bit worn out especially in the rooms, we still have a great time and enjoy so much because of the staff.

Kids love.
Hotel is good. Kid loves pool. Too bad breakfast is not included in the room rate when reserved. Food at the hotel is expensive. However Seafood buffet is worth to have.

Confortable place to stay 2-3 days. Rooms are large and well equipped. Good breakfast and food at restaurant. Staff very dedicated. Nice swimming pool area. Not much to do around.

Roaches
Bring mosquito spray and ROACH spray. The roaches are little yellow bugs and run very fast. There isn't much to do here. No social hour in the lobby or elsewhere. The ocean water has a lot of floating debris and the water clarity is a 4 out of 10. I won't go back. You're better off spending a few more dollars and fly further south like to Krabi. I'm happy I was only at this hotel for 2 nights.

Hotel with great view
the hotel is located right in front of beach, with great view,room is spacious. not much in the neighbourhood, about 10 mins drive to Cha-am beach, which has very nice local food.

Hotel under construction!
We had planned to visit this resort to have a final two days at a highly rated resort for relaxation and sun at the end of a very busy trip. However, our stay here was far from relaxing. When we arrived it quickly became apparent from the loud drilling and strong chemical smells that the hotel was under construction. This meant not only that one of the pools was completely out of operation but that the conjoining pool (which we were told we could use) was filthy and unpleasant to swim in. The main restaurant at the hotel and the lounge area were also closed and being worked on. When we complained about this, the staff were very apologetic but could do little for us, they upgraded our room, but while on any other occasions this would be lovely this could not make up for the fact that we had come for a relaxing few days in a first class hotel with beautiful pool. The hotel is well situated, right next to the sea, however, we could not enjoy this as the hotels beach area with loungers was continually being used by some kind of company doing team building exercises. These activities for some reason demanded a very loud sound system and woman shouting down a microphone all day long .....not the most relaxing way to spend the day. What is more when I asked the staff at the hotel it turned out that this was all being organised by the hotel and there was little concern for the comfort of their other guests. Breakfast at the hotel was good, however, dinner was not good.

This is very very good hotel!
Our family visited this hotel in January, 2014. This is very very good hotel! The hotel is located not far from the city of HuaHin. On the beach. The beach on the sea is very pure. Staff of hotel watches it. On a beach very beautiful view of all coast is opens.

Amazing property
The staff was fantastic and very courteous. The property is huge , the size of the rooms were amazing. A property like this in any other part of the world will cost 3 to 7 times more. The property is very well maintained. The breakfast was gr8. The sea view from my room was amazing (4th floor) . I think only 3rd and 4th floor can enjoy the view
