So first off what a great place to stay. We booked 6 nights in a two bedroom pool villa. Beautiful, private, and quiet. Downside nothing is really close and readily available taxi’s are a little hard to come by but the hotel will order one with some notice. I wish I spent all 3 weeks here sitting in the pool and reading my books.

Absolutely loved our stay. A real slide of paradise with at the centre their staff! Amazing service and friendliness. The villas are very comfortable and have a pool large enough to actually swim in. The full board option was excellent and rather convenient too with limited restaurants within walking distance. The hotel restaurant Luna La Pran is in the top-3 of restaurants in Pranburi and you get to eat there daily. A treat :) Definitely looking forward to coming back.

Our villa was beautiful. Clean, comfortable and we'll maintained. I can't say enough good things about ALL the staff. Friendly, courteous and helpful. The food is excellent too. The best private pool (in a single) that I have ever seen. Honestly, everything was great and we are definitely going back again soon.

Disappointing breakfast
Slightly disappointed in our stay. The breakfast was very budget and not exactly 5*. The room looked quite old and had some stains on the sofas, the TV remote didn't work and we had to ask for a replacement. Also there was only 1 towel in the room so we had to ask again for another. The pool in the villa was great and staff were friendly and helpful.

A relaxing stay away from it all
Great facilities in the spacious villa and a perfect location to be away from it all. The friendliest and most helpful staff I have encountered in a long time really made our long weekend such a lovely experience. Loved that you could use bicycles free of charge from the hotel and that there is a nice bike lane along the coastal road. Awesome for exploring and getting out and about. The villa we stayed in could probably have done with a little maintenance, but it was spacious and comfortable, with all the conveniences we needed. Breakfast was pretty good and there is a restaurant serving mostly Thai food, with some western options. For longer stays there is less choice of restaurants in the surrounding area than we are used to, but this may also have been due to Covid restrictions. Would definitely recommend this place for short breaks!

Great family weekend quick trip. As always, Sheraton is one of the best hotel in Pranburi. Nice and private villa. Breakfast and food options were excellent. Very close to beach and local eats. Great service.

I liked the room we've got. It was a duplex private pool villa room with sea view. The staffs are nice and friendly. They are well prepared with government raw and regulation during the virus outbreak.

A hidden gem!
This place is perfect for a getaway. It's private, quiet, and clean. The staff members are friendly and helpful (i.e., excellent service!). We highly recommend staying here if you wish to unplug and relax for a while :) The neighborhood is also a plus. It's not a touristy spot, so you can hangout with locals who come to the beachfront with their friends/family. The breakfast buffet, however, could be improved. More variety would be better.

Great as always. Villa is very nice and clean. Steam sauna is no longer available. Delicious Thai and international breakfast buffet. Staffs are very assistive. Nothing to complain at all.

We had a fabulous week at the Sheraton Pranburi. The food was excellent the pool Villa was amazing and very private. The staff were so friendly and helpful and we loved the daily bike rides to local spots of interest
