The property itself is great, all the rooms face the ocean. The reason I booked this hotel was for its proximity to Hua Hin, this property is not close enough to Hua Hin. There are no easy Bolt vehicles or restaurants near this property.

Good stay , value for money
We stayed in a 2 twin beds room. Taking shower experience was horrible. Only a glass window partition so water gets splashes all over the place which needs be cleaned afterwards. Breakfast needs little bit more varieties. Staffs were very friendly. Near beach not in a condition to soak your feet. kids had fun. Lots of local thai restaurants are nearby including a 7-11. Hua Hin Beach is 17KM or 20 minutes if you are lucky to get a hold of a GRAB

The Hotel is really well designed and built. The rooms face the ocean, pool is great. They have a kids play area as well which is awesome. The not so good: -Front desk staff although very friendly, are not up to speed with most basic guest requirements. We had breakfast included and this turned out to be a debate with them. Didn’t provide an extra bed and had issues with points. -Property needs a bit of TLC-bathroom and a few other things needed to be updated. -Breakfast was pretty terrible. Below average food quality and poor variety.

Hotel is in disrepair, our room awaiting to be refurbished, shower falling apart, sink plug not working correctly, wait ages for lifts, Spa not operating, no upgrade offered, kids club was excellent and staff for my grandkids. Also to far out from main centres. I know Radission have just taken this back over, but will need looks of time and money spent on it. Not up to Thailand hotel quality

Check in normal got key cards. There was supposed to be free welcome drinks we didn’t receive anything. I should not have to beg for drinks should be there at check in like all other hotels do. Went to room and it was not the room I paid for. I paid for deluxe with 1 king bed received 2 twin beds. Called desk they gave me attitude finally they changed room after 30 minutes. The new room shower didn’t work but was tired of complaining so used as is. There is no beach at this hotel only wall to ocean. This hotel should not be very good should be under average

This is a family friendly hotel with plenty of free things to do for the kids. Thank you for these little extras. We would love to come back and enjoy our spacious family room again.

The hotel quite old, and the accommodations they provide are few (1 tissue paper roll provided, 1 trash bin, no cotton buds!). Better find somewhere else.

This was a short getaway to the beach. I've stayed at Novotel brands before and this facility was in the worst condition I have ever witnessed of the brand. The overall hotel is dated and in many areas including the pool in disrepair with broken concrete and tile, damaged wood, an unusable mini-golf. No social distancing is being enforced in the restaurant (only 1 open currently) The beach is only for walking as it's littered with coral. The breakfast for $10 USD pp was absolutely not worth it in food or service. We were told certain facilities were closed only later to see other kids using the same facilities. Room service is slow and the food is very bland. The GM here either does not care about the property or is OK with the status quo. Regardless, I will not be coming back, and unless you are looking for just a simple room, there are better options near by.

We like swimming pool there. But we didnot like wifi in the room. It’s very poor signal and cannot connected with even my iphone or my ipad. Also, bathroom tissue was not enough in my room.

only when we have got there they told us that dog cannot be in delux king size room so they have downgrade us to premir room . at least they gave us back the payment of the dog. the hotel is very very old but the pepole are nice

Thos hotel is a little old and does not have a nice beach. However it has great facilities for kids and my children loved it. If you re not planning to spend a lot of time in the room it s a good place to consider with young kids.

The hotel has seen better days, staff are friendly and it is still a nice family hotel especially with young children, the pool is great but overall the hotel is in need of repair. Our rooms were not cleaned and our room service plates were not collected.

Kid friendly
Spacious room with practical lay out. Nice ocean view. Lots of kid friendly activities for free including inflatable slide, mini golf, playstation, indoor playground, foam pool party etc. Breakfast venue is spacious with many food to choose from. However, as some other reviews have pointed out, room condition is a bit old, although our room is kept clean. But my biggest disappointment and reason for a lower rating is the misleading Accor point system. Before I made my booking, I called the hotel and got confirmation that even if I book my room thru hotels.com I would still get points with my Accor membership. But when I checked in I was told I don't. Ok fine I undestand about the room. But what about all the f&b spending at the hotel? I was told at check out that to get the points I needed to show my membership on my mobile at the restaurant when order, even though I was paying everything at check out. Moreover because I didn't book the room directly with Accor, I actually was not qualified to get points even the f&b one. This business decision I just don't understand. If anything, the hotel group should be happy to get more loyal customers, not to drive them away. When customers have so many hotel choices and you choose to be this stingy about giving points especially with the covid situation, it is not sending the right message. Also at membership sign up website says the first reservation will get discount. That didn't happen either. The whole thing is misleading.

The mini golf did not exist, food in the executive lounge was not available until I complained, the roof top bar was not open during the week, 4 beer pumps in the sports bar did not work and beer had to come from another area, food was not served as one so my party was eating ar different times. The rooms had coffee makers but no pods until I complained and coffee mate for only two Cups. Large areas of the complex in very poor maintenance and the “brown deck area” by the pool was dangerous to walk on as I found out and reported to staff who placed warning cones. A bottle of wines was £88! of the 5 PS4 only 2 worked in the kids play room all of my stay. The staff were excellent working very hard with obvious depleted resources and special mention of Bunty Mulaker (Guest Journey Manager) and the executive lounge staff who went the extra mile. The pool was excellent for kids and adults with a constant lifeguard on duty.

Family-friendly holidays
The hotel is located in a quiet area about 20 mins drive to Huahin CBD. There were lots of activities provided by the hotel to keep everyone busy. Although the room was quite dated and need renovation but overall experience was great. Staffs were really friendly too.

The hotel has a lot of entertainment activities for kids which my children loved. The room was good and all are facing the sea. Staff was friendly. Environment area is not too crowded and peaceful. But the hotel is a little bit old and need some updated. The wifi in the room was intermittent and needed to be rebooted a few times which is annoying. The pool slides was not built correctly as it was not a smooth slide. Keep stucked in the middle. Beach not suitable for swimming. Was informed by a hotel staff that the hotel served Halal food but after checking with the F&B, it wasn't. Need the right info to be communicated to guest.

Hotel need renovation for keep going
If the hotel can do renovation, it would be wonderful for the good basic facility and beautiful sea view. Something should be repair and many ants on desk. It shouldn’t be Novotel style.

Good stay for 2 nights
Good breakfast fare. Great pool and happy hour offers at pool bar. A bit distant from hua hin town. Access to the beach is poor at the hotel. Building, woodwork and stone tiles are ageing and it shows. Bed comfort is 7/10. Overall a good stay though.

I would go back over and over just for the amenities for the kids. The hotel rooms themselves are older and need an update but the kids were thoroughly entertained for 3 days straight and wanted to stay longer. It was perfect! Service was exceptional!
