The staff were wonderful and pleasant The building is dated and could do with modernisation The hotel them is excellent, having been a musician for many years it made me smile. Would have loved to have had a guitar on hand. All in all a good stay 😎

Disgusting behaviour from the Manager
On the second day we returned to the hotel to relax by the pool, however they was a crew of people using pneumatic drill to break up concrete in the car park - about 20m from the pool area. I complained to reception and they ignored my complaint. I asked the workers to stop and they did, however the hotel owner came down with the manager and we asked for them to stop work. The owner said ‘if they want to complain they can leave the hotel, I don’t care’. We then went to our room, packed our items and proceeded to leave. The Manger tried tried in vain to get us to stay, but when the owner is more than happy to let customers leave, than address the problems, and clearly state that he doesn’t care, I had no choice to leave and find another hotel for the second night.

God location and good facilities.
I came with my family and children and booked 3 rooms for 2 night. The main attraction is the very large swimming pool which we all enjoyed. The rooms we generally very good, clean and comfortable. The lack of options at breakfast were an issue - on the second morning our children chose to eat out for breakfast. The parking was a real issue. Despite leaving our registration number we had to park on the main road as there were no spaces. The lack of an elevator is a drawback if you have elderly family members. Overall we had a great time and made use of the facilities and location.

Exceptional stay
Its a perfect choice for friends and family trip. The hotel has provided everything what you need. We stayed at the room with balcony looking down at the big pool. Love having breakfast by the pool and spending time at there. And the staff are very friendly to help.

It was fine but the hotel is quite a way out from the centre. Staff were lovely. Rooms fine for budget hotel. Loved the feel and great pool. Only complaint that the only english cable channels were 2 news channels, no film channels which i would have liked.

I booked for a king size bed but I got a two twin beds instead without telling me in advance. I asked for an extra bed, at first they said they didn’t have and then they said they did but extra charged for it. The atmosphere was like an apartment not a hotel. But it was clean. TV channels were limited to watch.

The pool and breakfast was great. But the rooms were very poor. The bathroom had no tiles and the smell was bad. The shower pressure was nil. And the taps had hardly any water. Complaining was of no result, just was told it will be sorted. Hotel.com should really consider look into this. We were in queen room. Rather call it servant room. The windows were facing walls with bird droppings all over. The smell was horrible

A fab hotel with lots of fun.
I booked this for three different sets of people, two couples and our mum. We all thoroughly enjoyed it, from the instruments in the room to the large clean pool and to the attentiveness of all the staff. We were lucky that the hotel just seemed to be coming to life. A great location for all of Hua Hin. One small point if you are getting the baht bus to Khao Takiab then it’s a little awkward as there is a barrier in the middle of the road that you can’t eat across, something to bear in mind.

The hotel is a mid-range hotel with really lovely friendly staff and clean well kept facilities. We stayed in the villas - expedia advertised this as three double rooms. We did not realise this was two rooms in one villa and one room in an adjacent villa - but unconnected by a door. This would not have worked if our children were younger and should be clarified in the booking details. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable abd towels changed daily. Everything is OK for what you pay but some things could be improved - just little details: the noisy shaky fan in one of the bedrooms, the security safes need to be fixed to something and operable and it might be nice to block the view of the main road with some clever planting so you don't see it from the pool. The breakfast is a little limited but again OK for a couple of days. The pool is lovely however, long enough to do lengths, has a slide for the kids and fun lounging beds over the pool. It is beautifully clean and well maintained. The instruments in the rooms also add a great element to the hotel. The children loved playing in the organ and on the guitars and were even making some recognisable sounds by the end of our stay!

The room for 3 is rather small, the bath room is in need of updating. The consideration for bedside table, a bench in bathroom to place accessory. The place looked tired.

Pleasant staff. Big pool. Big room for the money, bigger than other more well known chains. Good choice of breakfast, although at extra cost. Convenient for songthaew into Hua Hin. Not so convenient coming back as you cannot cross the road opposite the hotel. Easy walk to beach, Vana waterpark and Bluport shopping. Staff did their best to check me in early. There appears to be an external swim club use the pool.

The location was great, the hotel was nice, the pool was really big. We took advantage of renting the pool table which was fun, the food was cheap and good. Really liked everything. Laundromat nearby was great! As facts go the Wi-Fi is spotty at best and the staff speak very little English. No complaints just statements.

The size of the room for 3 persons was average, however the room facilities and the hotel services were very poor. The hotel does not provide basic small electrical appliances such as water kettle and hair dryer. We request hair dryer from the operator however the hotel staff says they don't provide hair dryer to the guest. The overall cleanliness was average and the hotel does not have a lift, we have to carry our big luggage and walk up to stairs, but the hotel staffs will volunteer to carry the bags. The only things that delighted us was the hotel location, whereby you can get cheap shuttle tuk tuk to the night market and walking distance to the convenient store.

Hidden Gem!
My friends and I loved our stay at My Way Hua Hin! It was so charming with the musical theme everywhere - even a fully functioning electric organ in our room! The pool is great, with plenty of chairs poolside. It is just across the highway from the beach - if you are brave enough to hop over the median. The hotel staff will advise you to walk further until you get to a proper crosswalk. Also, at the end of the beach that My Way is near is much less crowded. The room was always cleaned very well, the safe worked, the shower was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We all felt very sad to leave My Way at the end of our stay. I would absolutely stay here again, in fact it is a draw to return to Hua Hin again as opposed to other Thai cities. Be advised that Hua Hin is mostly a city that retired Europeans go to wait out the winter, and is not a place to find a lot of night life. There were great restaurants of all types of cuisine, but not much to do after twelve other than watch a movie in your room or walk on the beach. That was perfect for us as we all just wanted to relax, but for some people the city would not be exciting enough. Loved every minute!

Family orientated hotel with music theme
Had a nice stay at My Way. It is very much a family orientated hotel, so as a solo traveller I felt a little out of place - but it's a lovely hotel for couples or families. I stayed in an executive room, which was huge and had a fantastic Yamaha piano and guitar within the room + it's own kitchen, which was useful for eating in. Hotel has a large pool, which I didn't actually use but looked nice. Two main criticisms - the hotel plays music all day long, which becomes tiresome when they repeat the same songs all day long. In addition the walls were thin so could hear every movement in next room. Location is a good way out of a Hua Hin and you have to cross a very busy dual carriage way to get to the beach. All in all a nice hotel but as a solo traveller I would maybe choose elsewhere.
