A good stay !
Great hotel in the middle of Hua Hin not expensive. If you have difficulty sleeping or want quiet life maybe not for you, nightlife on doorstep. Staff super friendly. I had a problem with the sink and electric light in bathroom both fixed promptly. Restaurants/ bars, 7/11, shopping mall all very close by !

Friendly Receptionist .Good place for people like to party. easy online booking. Located in the city soi 94 night club area. noisy at night. Restaurants,Food, music, drinks, bars,boxing, massages, lots of business 7eleven mini Big C. Easy walk to the shopping mall or across the highway to the beach. No food sale at the hotel. Shower a little small. swimming pools &jet to soak

I thought this hotel was all round ok for a few nights but I would not wish to stay here longer than that, there is certainly room for improvement however it was ok. Location was fair, possibly better had I rented a motorbike, close to a couple of lovely restaurants, Pat's Place & Eat@Hua Hin, small pool area, pillows were not great so sleep a bit hit and miss. Plus points is that it was good value, quirky decor, quiet, clean & well as I say, ok for a few nights. Just a note, complimentary tea/coffee would have been nice to go with the room facilities to make one in the morning, probably won't stay again.

No hot water from the shower, otherwise pretty pleasent, but because of diarrhea my review can't be fully objective, also it's very close to railway, so if you bothered by the noises of trains use earplugs.i didn't bother. .

Location is quite good, staff friendly, basic cleanliness is good. Good value at price I paid. Shower room is very cramped, NO hot water. Noisy, Overall 4/5 rating.

Great Hotel, close to bars shops and a short distance from the beach. Friendly staff and the hotel is clean. Rooms are a bit basic and could do with upgrading however that wouldn’t put me off staying here again.

Nice Hotel close to all the main attractions
Hotel is in good location close to all the main focal points. Pros: clean room, kind of small for family of more than 2, lots of pubs and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Village center mall is also within walking distance. Hua Hin beach is kind of little ways out, but can take Tuk Tuk and get there in ten minutes, Friendly staff at counter. Cons: Window in bathroom has a opening that lets mosquito into room. Gotten bitten few times - bring scratching cream in case if you get bitten - leave door b/w bathroom and bedroom locked all the times. Also, after 10pm or 22:00hours at night, I could hear loud music coming from hotel downstairs close by - disturbed my sleep. Can't complain - they can't do anything anyways. I was in room #203 - not good. - ask for room on 6th floor away from street. Hotel has elevator so no problem. Didn't try breakfast or anything else - always ate outside - lots of restaurants nearby -mostly Europeans.

Looking forward to going back
I've stopped at this hotel on several occasions and will come back again. It's a nice hotel, everything is in good condition and the staff are very friendly. Location is very good - Soi 94 has many restaurants / shops / bars and it's only a few minutes by baht bus into the town centre. Parking is a little limited at the hotel but is also available at the restaurant next door which is under the same ownership. There's a good buffet breakfast available but also many other options nearby. Rooms are comfortable but possibly lack a bit of storage space. The beach is a good 15 minutes walk away but a better option is to get the baht bus to the town centre and head to the beach from there. Will be back here next year.

ok hotel.
Ok hotel. I can't say it is really a budget hotel due to the tax added to the price., and if you add breakfast will be even more. The hotel is clean, the bed is ok, the pillow is too high not comfy and the bathroom is minuscule, very small but clean enough for short stay. The staff are ok as we did not request any information or help for anything.

A little bit far to main street.
You can hear the sound of the train in your room and the swiming pool is realy small. It's very close to 7/11, but far from the sea and town market. Breakfast restaurant is not good sanitation, their are so many flies.

No Complaints. Good Value Hotel.
Very nice new hotel. Rooms are over 6 floors but has a lift. Pool is small and a bit cramped but good enough to cool off in. Rooms very good with safe, good air con, comfy big beds fridge and TV. WIFI a bit sketchy sometimes but usable. Rooms on the 4th, 5th and 6th floor has a balcony which is good if you are a smoker as the hotel is non smoking in the rooms and public areas. Location is not too bad with the beach a five minute walk. A good selection of bars, restaurants and a 7/11 close by. It's walkable to the night market and main 'entertainment' square but takes around 30 minutes but plenty of tuk tuk close by so not a problem.A five minute walk away is the Market Village Mall for any and all shopping needs. A good nice value for money hotel.

Stayed here for a week recently. I booked it based on my experience here last year and wasn't disappointed. Although located out of the centre of town the hotel has many facilities within easy walking distance. If you need to get into the centre it's a 5 minute baht bus ride or a 25 minute stroll. But Soi 94, where the Goodview is located, has many restaurants, bars, convenience stores etc so you don't really need to travel too far. Parking is a bit tight but the hotel also uses the nearby Restaurant 94 car park. Room was very clean and all staff were very friendly. Wifi throughout the hotel. Will definitely stay here again when in Hua Hin.

Quite Nice
I liked my stay at HuaHin GoodView hotel, It was pleasant. Management and staff understood the business language of "English" for good communication. Each room has a balcony and in the afternoon I was able absorb some more sun and enjoy the breeze at night time. Location of the hotel had a good variety of restaurants and bars with live music, but the volume was too loud from the speakers at 12 midnight when I wanted to sleep. I personally don't like loud noise near a hotel or a place I like to stay. Then there was the night train which came serval times at night after 10pm, which was more noise. I chose hotel based on price and other reviews. Hotel provides free shuttle service at 1030am and 2pm to and from the beach, etc. i.e. I needed to be dropped off to the bus station going back to Bangkok and shuttle service was good for it at 1030am. On personally a note the management was kind to me in concern to my skin condition I have dealing with, and the management brought be raw aloe vera to apply for my skin. That was very kind of them to care about my skin condition issue and that I was comfortable.

Room was clean and new, value for money, but breakfast is just only continental set, so little for me and could not get more. not value for the breakfast cost and it was not the buffet as advertisement at the front of restaurant.

Very clean and one of the most comfy beds in Thailand. Small bathroom but wonderful shower and does the job. I hear complaints about the train noise but has a small town and natural Thailand feel for me. Great laid back neighborhood and away from the crowds, Good tv channels, an excellent wifi and good value for the money. I've been staying here for years and will always come again when passing thru hua hin.
