Loved this hotel, the staff are truly amazing. Food excelent and reasonabley priced for a 5 star hotel., I would say the breakfast is best ever for quality. Room was amazing, so romantic, fresh and spacious the bed is so huge. I couldnt complain about the pool temperature it was refeshing after lazing in the sun. The location is perfect. Manager makes himself available if you require him, but generally blends into the background.I think he is doing a great job. Tried to rebook for January but it is already full.
Overall the stay was excellent except the insects in the vicinity that caused some disturbance as one of my children is prone to insects bite.
The stuff were warm and we can feel the efforts made by the team to make the stay unforgettable. There was a small incident that further proved this. A stuff that did the registration made a small mistake on the breakfast time. We were early by 20mins from the actual start time. The gentleman who attended to us was very flexible. I expected a typical apologies and was ready "to be sent away" as most hotel stuff would do. Instead he sat us down and got the team to serve us after he apologised to us. I personally regretted not noting his name as I was busy with my children. Thumbs up for his service.
All my family members have commented that they would like to be back in this resort when we visit Hua Hin again.
We stayed as a couple at Banyan Hua Hin for three nights. We were a bit nervous due to the distance between the hotel and the beach/markets, however, the staff made travel to and from simple with the free shuttle running regularly and we did not use a taxi while there. The resort itself is fantastic, with nice gardens and views. The size and height of the rooms as well as the swimming facilities were a real highlight. We had breakfast and dinner there and both were great. The only downside was that the resort was a bit quiet during the week which took away from the atmosphere in the restaurant/bar, and the water pressure in the shower was very low.
If you're a tourist and into gardening, I strongly recommend taking a look at the small plant stalls all along the opposite side of the road, there were lots of exotic plants and flowers galore.

Stayed 3D2N at ground floor room have a Jacuzzi and direct access to the pool area.
The hotel is located next to a row of stalls, with massage services, restaurants. And it has its own pharmacy and mini market. Within few minutes walk, you can reach Market Village, a happening place with nice pubs, shops and Tesco. The facilities, are new and nice. We enjoy our stay, love the jacuzzi and room very much. Definitely will recommend to our friends.
The hotel is quite small,suitable for a couple but family is not recommend.Front service is so good. The pool is very small and getting busy all the time-- swimming in the sea is reccommend. Breakfast is quite simple--I think it not properly for this room rate.
The hotel is fine and at the price it's a decent standard, but it is a little too far away from town. I knew this when I booked the hotel having read other reviews and it's not a huge problem, but there are plenty of other hotel options available when you arrive in more convenient locations which is the only reason why I wouldn't recommend staying here.
