Room lights (on & off) are confusing and difficult to control with the TV remote console. Bath room & toilet without hooks for hanging clothes. Breakfast was good.

Big Hotel Rooms with great facility
Hotel room is huge and motel in Taiwan is one of a kind experience. Only in Taiwan you can experience hotel this big and come with a jacuzzi. Good for one night stay. You can drive your car and park right outside the room.

The hotel and room is unique. No window. A large spa/tub in the room. The shower only has an overhead rain shower head, try keeping your hair from getting wet. The shower has no door in a curved shape wall. I had to call the front desk for these things: No heater in the room so I wore my clothes to bed. Light switches were on the remote control. To leave the room for breakfast, you exit through the car port but there is no way to close and open the car port door from outside. I left it open and ate my meal quickly fearful of someone coming to my room to steal something.

The hotel is very distinct, in that it is a drive-in Motel, with check-in expected to occur at the wheel, and a private garage outside the room. The rooms are a delight, full of style and personality, with personal hot-tub. Only gripe was the choices for breakfast were a bit limited.

It is one of a unique hotel I've ever stayed. you have your own garage entrance to the privacy of your room. the room was spacious, clean and up-to-date. the amenities was beyond expectation. I would definitely stay in this hotel chain again.

The two nights I stayed in your garage
Wow what a really unique place! Looks like it's built in 8 story parking garage . Each room dramatic and different. Ideal for a couple in heat! Location is right in the heart of Hsin-Chu. Steven our concierge went above and beyond and then some!

Strictly for couples
The rooms are romantically themed for couples. Rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. The couple jacuzzi in the room is a nice touch with a complete set of his/hers toiletries kit. Meant for travellers with a vehicle (private garage).

餐食和備品都還不錯！ 只是在住宿環境上，有可以改進的空間。（貴賓房） 1.在床旁邊就是浴缸，還有斜坡往床的方向，水擔心往下流。 2.因為浴室空間沒有區隔，所以非常潮濕，濕氣很重，也有潮味。 3.在房間的乾淨度也可以再加強，尤其是浴缸，不知道是否因為空間的安排，浴缸裡有小污漬。

環境好服務好 但是隔音差
整體不錯，就是隔音很差，對外窗建議用氣密窗，對外門也是，晚上睡覺會一直聽到馬路上的車子來來去去還有旅館內的車子聲，自助吧早餐很好吃 環境很棒
