The property was fine itself, however, after booking through Expedia, a mistake was made in which the hotel did not receive confirmation of my payment, so they charged my card again. After clearing this up through Expedia and the hotel, I still have not received any communication about a refund despite calling a few times. Everyone seems to tell me a different story, which is a little frustrating. The hotel and staff were great, aside from being helpful and trying to clear this up.
