Loved the setup of the suite, very spacious and layout optimized quietness of sleep area in it’s location as kitchen and bath were Between the bedroom and the hall. Very comfortable bed and pillows and nice bath facilities with HOT shower. Good breakfast and variety.

The room was very large and comfortable. The facilities were great, pool and hot tub were very clean. The only complaint was that our range top had 1 burner that did not work. Would stay again.

Broken and repaired bathroom vanities. Fridge loud, bathtub in one bedroom had visible dirt rings. Called and asked for late check out (1pm) and still had maid knocking on door at 11am asking me what our checkout time was. Why wasn’t she notified when she started her shift what my check out time had changed to? Not happy.

We chose this location for the pool & hot tub, because kids. The hot tub was lukewarm at best. The room smelled of fryer grease requiring an open window, had opened food in the cupboard. Breakfast was uninspiring. Staff were friendly, easy check-in. I still need to call to find out what the additional $25 charge is for.

The hotel is located near several shops and restaurants which made things super convenient. The suite had a great gally kitchen which made it easy to have lunch in rather than every meal at a restaurant . We were there during a snow storm that knocked the cable out for an evening which made it a bit tricky to stay entertained while indoors. Otherwise good experience and we will stay there again in the future when we visit family in the area

As always, we enjoyed our stay at the Homewood Suites. If any issues arise, the staff is quick to accommodate. The room is spacious and clean. An update to the TV's would be nice as so many of us travel with smart TV apps now. Also, it would be nice if the cabinets were finished in room 334. Other than that, see you again soon!

There was no daily service in the room, which wasn't a big deal, but the hallways and stairwells weren't cleaned either, which was kind of gross.

Great amenities
The front desk was really nice and helped with me with all my questions the next morning we had breakfast at their free breakfast and it was really good and hot I love that they have a 24 hour “store” so they had drinks candy meals chips and more was a great add on

The property was fine itself, however, after booking through Expedia, a mistake was made in which the hotel did not receive confirmation of my payment, so they charged my card again. After clearing this up through Expedia and the hotel, I still have not received any communication about a refund despite calling a few times. Everyone seems to tell me a different story, which is a little frustrating. The hotel and staff were great, aside from being helpful and trying to clear this up.

The two room suite had the space we needed. It’s very dated, and desperate for a make over. The air conditioning unit in our bedroom leaked and saturated the carpet and our belongings (manager made that right at checkout). The location is great, close to freeways and there are many restaurant options in the area. I’m surprised that a Hilton allows their hotels to get so run down.

The staff was very friendly and greeted you with a smile. You. Oukd tell that housekeepers really took pride in their work and did just a phenomenal job. The breakfast had so many options. And the one front desk lady Shannon was so incredible. She really went abive and beyond in making sure that we were taken care of, and that our needs were met and that our stay was great!

Common areas smelled musty. Room not clean. Large section of vanity snapped off was repaired with tape. No gel in shower. Light bulb burned out. Had to call front desk to stop children from running through the halls for over an hour. Clerk was terse, did not apologize. Room seriously over-priced - today the cost is half of what we paid. Would never stay there again.

Thanks for the stay! King suite was great! Problem with a loud refrigerator. Pool and hot tub was very nice! Breakfast bar had a lot of food, but temperature of food was not very warm.

Was a really nice and very central to everything I needed! It was a perfect location. Sadly my AirPods came up missing, and yes I am tracking them and the hotel has not been able to give me a call back, after 4 phone calls and one being disconnected after asking the third time about them.
