The Heavenly Bed consists of a custom-designed, foot-thick pillowtop mattress with all-white bedding; triple sheeting; down blanket, comforter, and duvet; and five pillows (two goose down/feather, two hypo-allergenic, and a decorative "boudoir" neck roll pillow).

The Heavenly Bath consists of a dual showerhead with multiple spray options; curved shower rod for extra room; white-on-white shower curtain; velour, waffle-weave bathrobes; oversized Brazilian combed-cotton bath towels; and spa bath products.

“Not Impressed”

I wasn't impressed to say it was a 4 star hotel. The location was horrible for me. The room was nothing special.

“Great location, friendly staff.”

It was a little confusing having two Westin hotels in the ame mall. Very convienant. Once we got there we didn't have to drive any more. Shopping, dinner, and drinks all at one location. Eat at the Oceanaire! It's pricey, but excellent.

“Not enough toilet paper...”

Ran out of toilet paper, asked front desk for toilet paper, then about 45 minutes toilet paper shows up. The service is horrible. It's a luxury hotel, you would think they would keep enough toilet paper in the rooms. I guess they are afraid their affluent patrons are going to steal the toilet paper.

“Great Location”

Location is great for shopping trip to Galleria. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Our toilet was not working properly when we first got into room, called front desk and they sent maintenance up immediately. The room as a bit humid as was the hallways. No free WiFi in room, which was an inconvenience.

“Not satisfied”

there was no toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. I was not entertained immediately when I was in the front desk and was not even informed that my check in was complete I waited. front desk also failed to give me a map of the sports bar they told me they would give me due to printer proble.

“Quilter”

The hotel location was somewhat difficult to find; however, once we arrived, the staff was completely wonderful. Check-in went very quickly and they were very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

“Can't wait to go back”

Loved staying at the Westin Oaks! The convenience of having The Galleria and all the shops and restaurants made our experience even better. The hotel was beautifully renovated and the service was great.

“Good Middle-Top Range Hotel”

Great location, right in the middle of the mall where the Ice Skating ring is. Overall, good experience. Will stay at, again.
