“Enjoyed Our Stay At This Hotel”
We stayed at Springill Suites by Marriott - Medical Center / Reliant Park in August for a doctors appointment my husband had at Md Anderson Hospital. Our rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The people working at the front desk were always nice and very helpful. They were nice enough to extend our check-out time to 3:00 and not charge us any extra money. The breakfast was okay for us because we aren't big breakfast eaters. They had cereal, bagels, toast, waffles, eggs, sausage, orange juice, coffee and milk. There was a shuttle that came twice an hour that would take you to any of the hospitals in the medical district. They would also come pick you up and take you to eat at night free of charge but we always tipped them $3.00 - $5.00. We will definately be staying here on our future visits to Md Anderson.

My sister and I traveled to Houston to see a specialist in the huge medical area there. The hotel was not a new building, but we both felt it was well kept and neat. The staff was extremely friendly and cordial. When I was asking about directions to the doctor's office, I was informed about the shuttle that would take us back and forth to the office. Boy, did that save us a hassle! That area of Houston is very confusing and I'm sure we would've gotten lost if it hadn't been for that shuttle. Later that day, we decided to go the the Houston Zoo, and guess what? Yup, the desk person told us that the shuttle would take us to the zoo as well. We hardly had to drive anywhere all the time we were there. The rooms were again older, but well kept. The suite had a nice "living room are with a large lcd tv. At the other end of the suite there was the bedroom area which also had a large screen lcd tv. There were also 2 telephones in the suite. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me. Between the living room and the bedroom areas was your typical hotel bathroom. Across from the bathroom was a small kitchenette type area with a microwave, small refrigerator and kitchen sink. The room was pretty quiet with very little noise bleeding through from the next room. Any noise was masked by the very cold air conditioner that was great! We also partook of the FULL breakfast available off of the lobby. They had a very good variety of breakfast foods. We loved it

i must admit i had only one problem but it was taken care of immediately. as i tried to sleep, my 1st night on the 4th floor, the pillows and bed linen had a stink that i couldn't take anymore, and bitting bed buggs, so around 3 am i went to the desk, due to phone was dead, and the nice lady took care of me, moved me to a much cleaner room across the hall, she was so understanding and professional. Oh yea, the elevators went out but they did get one of them fixed before the day was over. I was there for the texans game and this place is in a good location for that

They were doing major renovations on some of the rooms on our floor. However, we were gone almost all day long for a volleyball tournament so all of the hammering and debris removal was not an issue. Other than that the hotel was wonderful! Breakfast was great, staff great and it was within walking distance of the Reliant Center!
