I use this hotel when I'm flying out of IAH. I live about two hours away, so I like to drive down the night before, so I don't have to worry about timing my arrival to the airport in the morning. This hotel has never disappointed me. It's nice and clean, affordable, and the staff are always very nice and professional. As long as it's here, and I need to catch a flight, I will happily keep coming back.

The first night we had some cleanliness issues, but in the morning the staff took care of those issues and moved us to a new room. One thing that was common in both rooms was items were unplugged and we had to plug things in. On the last day I misplaced my driver's license. The maid staff turned it in to lost and found and mailed it to me. So relieved they had it. Overall the staff was very nice and our stay was very pleasant. I would stay there again.

I stayed in room 102. Apparently there is a dog kennel behind the hotel. Had early check in and tried catching a nap but dogs wouldn’t stop barking. Dogs were let out and started going nuts early in the morning. I had a later flight and was hoping to sleep in. I’m not familiar with the area and I was not informed of the potential issue.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Worst stay ever. The staff did not care about anything, the phobe did not work and they did not attempt to fix this after we told them it wasn't working. We booked a shuttle for the morning but they stuffed it up and it left before we were down, they said they tried to call us as it was leaving earlier but the phone did not work! They then did NOTHING to help us find other transport to the airport we nearly missed our flight. It made it such a stressful situation and the concierge guy just stood there smiling not helping us at all! We had to arrange alternative transport ourselves in a very stressful situation. Would never stay there again

Just right for the price. Quiet, clean , and the morning breakfast option was good. The mattres in our room 220 needs replacing. I could feel the worn out condition, the matress springs were poking me. It was quiet most of the night but the refrigerator kept making hissing noises all of a sudden. Also, did not know there was going to be dogs outside early in the morning. There is a dog boarding place next door!

This property is close to the airport and reasonable in price. The rooms, in general, were clean and the linens good. Our shower had a lot of mold growing. The hotel is adjacent to an animal shelter. At 7am, they let the dogs outside and they go crazy barking.

I normally don’t do negative reviews, but this place was horribly disappointing. The carpet was sticky and gross. The couch bed was dirty and had no bedding. When I called down for bedding they wouldn’t bring it up- we had to go down and get it. We went down to get some and when we came back we realized that they gave us NO sheets. After calling, they told me that they had no sheets for us. I will never be back.

The only thing I did not like about this property is the poor choice of options for breakfast. They just had cereal and a few bread items. powered donuts and the like. The room was clean and bed comfortable.

The room itself was very nice and spacious. They keep the coffee pot in the bathroom which I felt was unsanitary. Also, the continental breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30, he didn’t start setting it up until closer to 7. This is only a big deal when you have an early flight to catch. Also, the shuttle driver drove 60 mph in a 30 mph zone and took turns so fast we were sliding around in the seats. Just some things to note!

The price was very good for the room. Free shuttle to and from airport was a nice addition. on the negatives, the pillows were extremely flat. Continental breakfast was sufficient with waffle maker and donuts/muffins, but would have liked to have had eggs and breakfast meat that other hotels seem to provide. However, for the price was willing to overlook this minor inconvenience.

Being followed around for a week because im buying a house and didnt do much. Cops came by a few times and other guests commented on why i was still hanging around! The staff tried to tell nothing was goi g on but this is not my first rodeo being a black man in the USA. And most rooms are nxt to a DOG daycare and you can hear them late at night!!!!

The east rooms of Sleep Inn face/overlook Pet Paradise, a dog kennel/boarding facility. When we arrived around 6 PM all the dogs were outside and BARKING! When I asked for a room on the opposite side, I was told it was fully booked. When I said they must get lots of complaints, the clerk smirked, and said most of the complaints come in the morning when they let the dogs back out. Sure enough, right at 7 AM, the dogs were let out and immediately started parking. The manager was not onsite until after the weekend, not a good experience.

I do not like that while I was staying there the toilet continued to run the entire time and it was very loud. They fake like it was fixed twice and was never really fixed. They also did not have another room to move me too. The first few hours I didn’t have a remote to watch television. I also wait d for the shuttle from the airport to get to the hotel for over 50 minutes. It was horrible. There were walls peeling and there were cigarette burns on the blankets and sheets. They never came to clean the room just change towels. The hotel was not very clean in all spaces it was crap.
