Property was very nice. Rooms were clean and didn’t hear any of our neighbors. Parking garage was a huge convenience with a reasonable daily parking fee. Lots of food and shopping nearby so we didn’t have to travel much at all. Overall recommend.

Rooms overlooking highway felt like the trucks were driving through the room. Changed room on 2nd and luckily did not have to use AC as it sound like a tractor in the room

Requested room service which was performed the second night we were there. However they did not replenish coffe pods, cups, sugar, or stirrers. I called guest service at 6:10 am for the coffee supplies. They were delivered at approximately 8:00 am after I had already gone downstairs to buy coffee. In addition we had very poor water pressure. Engineer came to the room, checked it and said yes there was a problem and he was going to go check something. He never came back.

Staff is good but the hotel is not a 4 star at all. It is an older hotel. For $209 can’t expect much but the fees and valet your car for a day will get it to $350. If you want something updated and newer for the same price I would suggest west in

The property was in a great location it was easy to access everybody was wonderful I was surprised that there was a resort fee Expedia had not disclosed when I showed up but other than that everything was great

Rooms are small and old and bathrooms are very small and very old! The air conditioning is not working in this room and no one is answering at the front desk. For the price I would not recommend it ☹️

Paid for an upgrade. Wonderful view. Toilet had problems, wouldn't flush properly. Maintenance came to fix, he said he would change some parts. Still didn't work properly. When you pay for an upgrade, you would expect for the toilet to work. Won't be going back there.

Stylish hotel with nice bar and good bar food late. Liked coffee shop as well. Beware that bathroom in our room had a 7 foot ceiling and low shower head that could be an issue for tall persons. Read booking details about extra fees.

Room was not very clean upon checkin, stains on tv. Property looks better in photos. Restaurant was not that good in hotel. Was unaware of $30 parking fee per night. I will not be coming back here.

I was able to check in 2 hrs early so that was a plus. However, the room key never worked entering or exiting the parking garage; a quick assistance call to Vallet each time allowed them to let us exit but it became annoying over a 3 night stay. For the price, a microwave would be a nice amenity to add to the room. There was a wedding party in the ballroom and it was New Year’s weekend so it was quite busy but no one answered the desk phone when I called 3 different times on 2 different days.
