I booked a 2 bed suite with sofa bed a month in advance because we had 5 people in our party. At check in, the front desk notified us that they didnt have any 2 bed suites available and because I booked through a 3rd party, they didnt have to do anything about it. They said Hotels.com overbooked those room types and I should never use them for bookings. 2 of us got a bed, 2 had to sleep on the double sofa bed with the typical thin mattress that you can feel the springs through, and 1 slept on the floor on the pillows from the sofa. Other than that, although that was a major part of the price I thought I was paying for, the hotel was clean and breakfast had a good variety. If you drive, they only have $50 a day valet parking. The manager waived that fee for our trouble. The room was $270 for the one night. We only needed it to sleep as we were coming downtown to see a concert and didnt want to have to drive home late at night.
