If you are visiting the space center this is a great area. Very close to shopping, restaurants and only 30 minutes to Galveston. For the price, this was a great value.

Room was somewhat dated but was clean. Front desk staff was on a personal call throughout check-in and appeared to be annoyed that I was checking in. Also, the room key wouldn't open the side door and she would have maintenance fix it. They didn't come that night and the key never worked. Very disappointed.

Hotel needs serious updating. Get rid of the carpets!! Subpar breakfast needs fresh fruit option (at least bananas). Atrocious instant coffee from a machine!? Good for one night stay if you’re looking for just a bed.

This hotel was in nice condition, yet we experienced 2 major things they "must improve", and one other thing you should consider before deciding to stay here. 1) all of the breakfast items they served were hardly even warm; Not warm enough to be safe to eat! 2) The major thing is that we saw live roaches on the breakfast food serving tables. I took pictures! When I checked out I informed the gentleman behind the front desk who said he was a manager. All he said was that they treat for bugs, and he did not offer any apologies. Also before you stay here be forwarned that this area is very very extremely busy. While there's lots of restaurants and shopping, the auto traffic is ridiculous heavy, loud and fast paced. It was nuts!

Silverfish on the bed! Haircomb from a previous guest found by the window, breakfast for only 2 hours, 7-9am I don’t want to wake up early if I’m on holidays, and I wasn’t told about it! I would not recommend this place, it is a cheap place however I’ve stayed in places within the same price range but cleaner and breakfast is until 10am or 10:30am. It is not worth the hassle

The place has seen better days. The room had mold on the shower head and the the back of the beds was dirty. Breakfast was disappointing as the eggs were old and the pastries were supermarket bought. The location was convenient.

Worst LaQuinta I have ever stayed in.
I checked in late and was really tired. Got to my room and found the bathroom had no clean towels, trash can was full, there was no soap and it was low on tissue. I could not help wondering what else was not cleaned properly There was a stack of wet towels under the sink. Worst of all, when I notified the desk I thought they might send up at least some towels and soap but instead I got a rude, arrogant overnight clerk with a I-dont-care attitude. Never even said he was sorry or tried to make it right. Zero customer service skills. Breakfast was average with cold unpeeled hard boiled eggs. Seriously unimpressive. I was glad I was only there for 1 night. the only good thing I could say is the bed was super comfortable but they have major staffing issues

The good out weight the bad
The room that we stayed in, the air conditioner would cut off periodically & that made the room warm. The hotel lost power for a brief moment but came right back on. The house keeping service was great, the continental breakfast was good.

my main problem was the pool area ..which was why we chose this particular hotel. The indoor pool was dirty, you could tell the top part hadn't been cleaned in forever. The hot tub was the same but broken..didnt function the entire visit and the water in it was also dirty with floaties in it...unsafe as there was no hand rails to get in or out of it..The rest was fine..the bathroom door would not close properly...but it was clean and bug free.

Horrible Stay

The place is great, well taken care off. The staff was very helpful. Everything is clean, the rooms are spacious, and have all the amenities mentioned, even extra towels. It’s a safe place to stay and they have plenty of parking spots. A lot of restaurants near by, and the NASA is only 10 min away.
