Property under construction, furniture chipped, carpet and chaise stained and need cleaning, not enough bed coverings, air quality was none existent, parking lot was not paved and had poor lighting at night, noise from the atrium, the toilet was sized for a toddler and the grab bar for the shower was poorly placed. No clock in the room and room service was provided only if the room was vacated. That information was not shared with us. Will not stay at this location in the future.

The room was cold, the shower water never got hot. I had to take a cold shower, that was horrible. The heat in the room never came on

This is the worst four stars hotels I stayed in. I called service to fixing the heater in my room 636 I stayed Jan 18-19 the weather is 34*F. They send a guy saying oh it takes time for the heater to get heated up. It’s been two days heater was never on. Broken heater but too lazy to fix it. This is worse than 2 or 3-star hotels. The room is so cold. I don’t recommend staying here maybe next time in town I'll just book Hyatt.

The cleaning staff was rude, no matter who I spoke to no one "seemed" to know English, luckily I was traveling with someone who spoke Spanish and their entire demeanor and attitude changed when communicating with her. On top of that I went to the restaurant in the hotel and asked for a plastic fork, they wanted to charge me for a plastic fork! I couldn't believe it, I was there for four nights all of the money I spent to be there not to mention I was at the bar every night buying drinks and eating at the restaurant I was told to pay for a plastic fork, I felt insulted. I had what looked like specks of blood on my blanket when I alerted the cleaning staff and asked for clean linen it looked like they just made the bed up with the same linen. After I took pictures and showed someone at the front desk then it was finally changed.

I take my grandkids to enjoy there heated indoor outdoor pool and the pool was freezing when I was told the water was heated 3 times before I traveled. So my grandkids were bored and we left. I was promised a refund so hopefully I get it.

The room was pretty dark and the bed was not as comfortable as I would like. Also the way the bathroom was it was small, also the tub was stained. The toilet when you flush it would go up almost all the way before going back down. It was just average.

I had trouble with the ac/ heating the heater did not work all night it was freezing cold for us , 2 hours hefore checkout they fixed the heater at 10 am

The air conditioning wasn’t good. Temperature didn’t go lower than 65 and still felt about 75 in the room. There was a hair in the bath tub and huge stain on the floor when we walked in from some type of liquid. Bed’s were comfortable the lobby was nicely decorated and convenient starbucks in hotel.
