“Fabulous Room-”

When I walked into the hotel I was impressed with the service at the front desk. And then the "wow" factor hit me when I opened the door to my room. Beautifully decorated, all the ammenities and a great bed for a wonderful nights sleep! I definitely will be back!

“disappointing for the cost”

Location difficult to access, on a freeway access road-- had to loop around the back through an office park to get in, and it was almost as difficult to get to the airport (my mistake for choosing badly-- I should have chosen the one at the airport itself). Traffic noise on the freeway all night, would probably bother others more than it did me. Unclear whether the bar downstairs was a restaurant or just a bar. Biggest issue is how close it is to what appears to be an abandoned mall-- looks like a high-crime area. I wanted to stay near the airport to get an early start the next morning and most of the other choices were taken. Room was clean but noticeably shabby. Bed was comfortable. TV channel selection minimal and remote wouldn't let me go directly to a station.

“Nice place”

Very nice hotel and grounds, area of town is rough, but property is well secured and exspertly maintained, Good place to stay, but you will not be walking anywhere to eat etc

“Nicely remodeled!”

This was our second stay at this hotel and it has been completely renovated. We were very impressed with the hotel staff and overall experience! Rooms had new everything and was beautifully decorated. Very clean room and bathroom...Bed was super comfy! Breakfast buffet was fair, good selection though. Wait staff were excellent! Would highly recommend this hotel.

“can't wait to go back”

Our stay was wonderful they have the most comfotable bed I have ever slepted in .The staff was very courtious. the room was clean with all the immities present.

“Don't Check In!!!”

Upon arrival fond that another person was put into my payed for room and then was told that it my mistake that they allowed someone else into my room and that it was my problem to fix. Then upon getting into the room that was my room in the first place, found it not to be what I had asked for in the first place. Then was told that I was lucky to get a room. The place is a joke.

“Very Good Airport Area Hotel”

I visit Houston about twice a year and usually stay near the airport. The hotels on the strip are pretty lousy (dirty, smelly, smokey), but this Marriott was fanatastic. This is where I will stay for every trip to Houston!
