“Overnight”
Hotel had friendly staff. I am really picky and I really did not like my room. Could tell it was old with the black stuff around various things. The worst thing was listening to people up and down the hall all night knocking on each door. I had to get really vocal with someone knocking at our door.
“Very Nice”
My husband and I had a nice experience. The hotel was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Their staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay at this hotel again. We also loved the convenience of the hotel's closeness to the airport.
“One Mistake may cause Death”
This hotel was decent for my discounted price that I recieved. This hotel is situated litterly at the end of Hobbys runway. We would look out the window and see nothing but a plane coming. One mistake with a plane and that plane could litterly be in the hotel, I just hope it never happens.
“Just what we needed”
Great hotel for the value.
“worst hotel ever!”
When we arrived, the guests in front of us had just found out that someone else was already in their room. There were stairs without a railing after getting off the elevator, which were difficult to navigate with luggage. We asked for another blanket, they promised it, but it never arrived. Their hotel advertised room service after midnight, and the menu and instructions in the hotel room's book re-iterated it. But it didn't exist. Hotel staff treated us as though we were crazy to expect food after midnight, even though they advertised it and it was one of the reasons we selected them. No food was available. Even after telling the hotel staff that we were trying to sleep late, they continued to make horrible noise in the next room so that we had no choice but to get up early after arriving late. DO NOT DISTURB didn't stop them from vacuuming in the next room or banging doors there. Their listing showed 2 full-size beds, but staff on the phone there said that the beds were queens. Legally, we should not have taken their word for it, but we did, and ended up with one child sleeping on the floor. And, as I said, we could not get an extra blanket or comforter. And food at the breakfast buffet was cold. There was not even one available electrical outlet for my CPAP machine, which I needed for sleeping.
“If close to Hobby is important, then stay here.”
I first checked in to a nearby Marriott Courtyard and stayed one night. The room was small and not very nice. I then moved to the Hilton Hotel the next day. It was well staffed, the rooms were much nicer, and it was more conveniently located for my needs. I would recommend staying at the Hilton Hobby Hotel.
“good hotel”
nice hotel always use it when I'm in Houston
“Houston Hobby Hilton Horror”
This hotel was old, musty, and dingy. We were soooo disappointed. Not being from the area, I chose Hilton out of the other choices thinking it would live up to its name. Boy, was I wrong. We should've saved our money and stayed at the Comfort Inn or Best Western. Bleh
“I will stay here again.”
Nice. Clean. Kitchen was open late.
“Good choice for an Airport Hotel”
Breakfast buffet is very good, dinner menu OK, clean room, small workout room, they have an outdoor pool too, more than enough for a business hotel.
