I want to share about my family's stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Houston-Pearland from Thursday, 3-14-24, to Sunday, 3-17-24. My family participates in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo each year. I booked this hotel because I like to have a hot tub available when we attend livestock shows. I did not book this hotel in extreme advance; actually, it was just a few days prior to the arrival date, and I was assured that the hot tub was in working order. I was even scoffed at by the attendant for asking, as if that was a silly question for me to ask. Nonetheless, I was satisfied that I would be pleased, so I then booked my stay. Upon arrival, my husband and I were told that the hot tub and pool were not working, which was already unacceptable. The situation declined from that point. We had no toilet paper in the room, but being late and having Kleenex available, we agreed that we would let an attendant know on the way out the next morning. As we left on Friday morning at 5:30 am, two attendants were at the front desk, so we explained that we needed toilet paper in our room, and they both agreed that would be taken care of. When we arrived back at 8:30 pm that evening, the key reader did not even work, so we could not get into our room. My husband had to go down to the front desk 3 times before getting anything accomplished. When we finally got into the room, there was still no toilet paper. They had the entire day and still could not complete a simple task!

Honest feedback On a Comfortable Stay
The front desk was great. Twice housekeeping attempted entry after I check in. The room was dated but I suppose for the price, it's worth it although the drapery was falling. The room was clean and comfortable otherwise.

Could Have Been Perfect
Great location in close proximity to everything i needed. The room was impressively clean. The negative is either the walls are thin or sounds travels through the air conditioning vents from one room to the next. The people in the room next to me talked and watched movies until 2:45am and i heard them clearly. So i was able to go to sleep around 3am but had to be up at 7am. That in itself ruined my stay.

My room had not been cleaned properly. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the carpet was dirty. so the morning after checking in I asked to clean it again but they did nothing. Front desk staff were also quite disengaged and unhelpful.

This Hilton has been run down! The beds aren’t comfortable. The toilets don’t works properly. You literally have to jingle the toilet handles to stop the water from running after flushing. Family members on a different floor also had the same experience with their toilet. The carpets look like they are from the early 2000’s. Where is your pride Hilton? These hotel rooms are lackluster at best.

Hotel clean but somewhat outdated for the price. Had to ask for room service for 4 night stay instead of having general clean up (towels, garbage, etc). No continental breakfast but coffee and tea should be out for guests before 7am on weekends

Room was clean but the mattress was firm and the pillows too soft which made sleep very uncomfortable. The shower needs a little upkeep around the framing to make it a top rating. Overall a 4 with the bed comfort and the caulking in the shower.
