Four seasons is an amazing hotel from our experience. Each and every employee had immaculate customer setvice, it was noticeable. Quality of the room is top-notch. You pay for it the quality, but rest assured it is there. Corner room was awesome.

Overall the stay was great. There was just one issue at the bayou bar. I kept getting dirty glasses and it happened three times in one night.

Fun and funky on the inside - I was very comfortable there, I got upgraded, which was amazing, and really enjoyed the stay.

The Hotel seems somewhat dated. The two bedroom suite was big, but empty. No amenities. The elevator noise made it impossible to sleep in one of the bedrooms. AC was noisy and bad. Two coffee cups for 4 people. Way too expensive for what it was. Would never stay there again unless it was a quarter of the money.

I did not like it took nearly two hours to get checked in. Specifically when i was told at check in that the room was cleaned and all we were waiting for was a manager to confirm it was cleaned. I inquired three times before they finally said "sorry for the confusion and gave me my room. Also, I did not receive maid service until after 24 hours after check in, AND I had to request it. The experience was far below what I have come to expect of Four Seasons.

My hubby and i were at the property for 3 days and we loved it. Only disappoint was toro toro which everyone raved about, but we didn't like the food there.
We did enjoy the breakfast just not the dinner options and didn't return after our first night dinning there. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay, and we would return for sure.

This was one of the best hotel stays my family and I have experienced. The staff was incredible friendly, and accommodating. The room and hotel design were stunning. We can’t wait to come back!
First time staying at this hotel, we were very pleased! Our room was very clean, bed was so comfy! Pool was fun, our kids had a blast there! Steak house Toro Toro was EXCELLENT! Our waitress Arllett ( w/ the curly hair ) was OFF THE CHAIN! Will return!!

This is a four star hotel. The service, at all levels, was sub-par. Check in, restaurant, bar, room, etc. Worst Four Season's I've ever stayed at. That being said, it's not *bad* ... just not Four Seasons. Think more like a regular Hilton.
Overall a very nice hotel. Very close to Phoenicia Specialty Foods and Toyota Center. Lunch Saturday at Toro Toro was very good, but the service was slow.
