Close to downtown/midtown, rice village.

Pros: Free Coffee/Tea in the room, nice view of the freeway.
Cons: Customer Service in the front. An extra trip to the car is mandatory to put a parking pass on your car.
Location: Midtown (Brunch), Downtown, Rice Village.
Hotel is under construction, looks awful. No hotel lobby, bar, stores to my knowledge. Called Hotel to see if I could get a room at 1:00 PM which they could NOT provide. Ended up waiting at a restaurant until 3 to check in. Hotel is OK. overall look of the hotel is old.

Needs work with guest services

Posted 18-Feb-2015
When we told them we did not need clean sheets everyday, they didn't even make the bed or empty the garbage cans. Twice we asked them to call a cab for us and instead they called a town car which cost us a lot more money.

Pros: The Staff and the room.
Cons: Clean up the elevators.
Location: Convenient
The hotel Lobby is nice and they were getting ready to do a remodel to the bar and restuarant area when we were there. The staff is very nice.

Traffic noise

Posted 17-Feb-2015
Hello, I'm a frecuent traveler and normally don't rate hotels but I'll make an exception. The hotel is below average in my book for a Sheraton hotel. If you are in a really tight budget and must be in the area, this holt will serve the purpose but be AWARE of highway 59. I should have spend the extra $30 dollars and stay down the road. Just my opinion. Feel free to try!

Old smells bad.

Posted 16-Feb-2015
Room was not reserved. They wanted to give me a double room after I reserved and paid for a king room. Hotel had a bad smell and we requested more towels that came 2 hours later. The hotel blamed all of the inconvenience on expedia.

We expected a better value for our money when we booked a room at this hotel. The bed was comfortable but the carpet was old, the bathroom has a leaked faucet and the sink was plugged. The hotel was poorly maintained and managed in our opinion. We would not come back to this hotel again.

Nightmare

Posted 10-Feb-2015
Hotel is under renovation , so construction noise all day long until 5pm !! There was a party in one of the rooms in my floor , when I tried to call to complain about the noise , phone was broken . Went downstairs , manager and cops fixed the problem . 3 am a pipe broke and flood my room , all my clothes were wet , had to switch rooms at 3 am with my wife and kids . Manager promise to refund my money , called them for 3 days and nothing about my refund !!!
