Loved everything about this hotel. Staff was amazing and went above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious and so nice. Rooms were clean and laid out nicely. Will be staying here again!

This property was very clean. Tje staff was super nice, the bar had great drinks and when we had dinner at the restaurant the food was very tasty and quick service

I love everything about the Embassy. This is my first time at this location but it went well. Receptionist was friendly and funny, and made check in run smoothly. I will be coming back.

First we checked in late was 1am and was raining so bad and getting inside FANCY hotel with someone stand up at the valley service station no say nothing to their guests! And I walked in with my daughter push the heavy car and was hard to move around, he just us that way!! Like point it to us the way rudely. And then I was check out early find out the elevator not working so we have to walking through the stairs and find out a lot of guests at the stair with their pajama and pillow said there a fire alarm went on!! And no one call us to the room!! No body evacuate us at the room!! How danger is that when we found out at the downstairs so many fireman’s waking and running inside the hotel! And no one told or call us! We’d like the refunds for this stay, it was no worth it at all!! Embassy suit big hotel with the big name, is that really how you evacuated the situation?? Please we need the answer

Thank you for telling me of your visit.I apologize that you were not welcomed and greeted warmly upon your arrival. I will speak with our valet. I understand that the occurrence of the fire alarm was an inconvenience you had not expected. Whenever an alarm goes off, all elevator systems are automatically shut down for the safety of all guests. Once the situation is identified and handled, we slowly bring power up so that all systems can be reinstated.As you made your reservation through a third party site, you must contact them for any refund. That is their protocol and we follow it.Once again, my apology

One of the rooms in our reservation didn’t seem to be cleaned prior to arrival. Dog hair all over couch. Fake nail in bathroom. Valet did not have enough help for amount of people. Waited over an hour to get our vehicle.

I have reviewed this with our housekeeping team and the room attendant assigned to your room to ensure compliance with our cleaning protocols. I know that valet was difficult Sunday morning with the marathon blocking access to some of our off-site, secured parking. Once again, my apologies.

The accommodations were great. The breakfast experience was below par. This is the first Embassy Suites hotel where i was served at the all you cn eat buffet and the food was not hot.

I liked the fact people checked in on us during the stay with survey questions and the desk staff was extraordinary. Security even stay with us as we waited for our transportation for an early departure back home.

My biggest complaint is housekeeping, services and individuals walking into your room without announcing that they are coming in, which I find that to be a safety issue. I find it odd that a manager was not on duty doing business hours.

Family new years trip
Booked a night stay on way home from Louisiana . Hotel and amenities were nice and bedding was comfortable. My only complaint would be the AC. Our room felt like no AC was on even though the thermostat said it was on high and at 66. Front desk must control the ac and not each room individually bc it really made the trip uncomfortable.

This hotel is within walking distance to several restaurants and to MM park. Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel is currently undergoing some renovations. The free breakfast was amazing! Couldn’t ask for better service. Will definitely be back.

The hotel it self is nice but the parking situation is terrible. They offer valet only and they take a while to get your car. I checked out at 11 and waited 40 min to get my car
