“Won't be back”

My toilet would run but never flush. Maintenance supposedly came to fix it while we were out to dinner. They never solved the problem although the front desk insists they did. Horrible customer service experience.

“Would stay here again”

Pretty decent hotel. Not a luxury hotel, but not bad by any means. Stayed here to be close to Reliant Stadium, which is short walk away. I got a standard room which I had requested to have a King bed, but got 2 fulls instead (not a huge deal to me). Beds were SUPER comfy, i have to admit. Quiet room, no noise. Had a balcony overlooking the pool which was nice. Only bad comments: bathrooms are pretty small and hallway to get to room was a little stuffy. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay.

“very well located if your going to medical center”

Stayed on a weekend, the texans were playing that Sunday, and I got charged $20 Dlls for parking because of that. I was a guest with a car, did not go to the game, but I had to pay the $20 , not happy with that policy.

“Great staff, acccomodations lacking.”

This hotel was in a great location for us because we flew into Houston to go to a comedy show at the Reliant Arena but the hotel itself was old and let's just say...barely pleasing to the eye. We changed rooms 3 times before we found a room that was suitable for us. However, the staff was great! I would have traded a longer commute from the hotel to the arena versus stayed in this hotel.

Pappadeux's- Fried alligator is great as well as the pan seared scallops.

Other

Fiori- salon and spa was beautiful, elegant, reasonable spa prices, quiet and serene, and the staff was great. I would go back to Houston- just to take my mom to the Fiori spa.

“Shariff from Jerzy: 4 day stay November”

Great Hotel and service. I didn't ask but would have also preferred a minifridge/microwave. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking space available. Great location and access to shops/restaurants. Rooms are spotless. Great shuttle service to and from MD Anderson Medical Center and to wherever else you need to get to around the hotel. Shuttle bus drivers especially "AL" was very courteous in the mornings. I definately recommend to anyone staying in Houston.

“if you are in Houston for a Texan's game...location/location/location”

Check took forever...first room was not acceptable...second room was ok but smaller than first...roomservice was non-existent - location to Reliant stadium was awesome...shuttle driver was very pleasant and helpful.

“Worse than I expected but still good”

The building it self was a bit older. The staff is friendly. The room was very clean and nothing was missing. My only problem was that the balcony light always stayed on during the night and it could not be switched off. Also, the balcony door was sealed very badly (almost not at all) so that all the noise from other rooms, the parking lot and the nearby highway noise was noticeable...
