“:-( Not happy with shuttle!”

We enjoyed our stay here, but I wasn't very pleased with the shuttle. My daughter & myself walked back to the hotel after the concert! 15 blocks! My advice is to run the shuttle longer hours! Thxs!

“Would stay there again”

Except for having to call for more towels and glasses 3 times our stay was good. The Residence Inn next door has free breakfast and a kitchen in each room and the Courtyard does not have even a fridg or microwave. that upgrade would be appreciated.

“Perfect location for House of Blues”

We stayed here to see a concert at the House of Blues. It was a short 5-minute walk, which was great after the show. Good general location to downtown restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable.

“Post Race Stay”

Came here to stay and see Houston after partipating in a race. Everything was awesome - comfortable beds, fun and friendly staff, great hot tub and outdoor pool, great room... only problem was it took an HOUR to get our car out of valet because they were super busy and forgot us. While I understand that there may be a line around checkout time, it seems like they could be a little better prepared to deal with it. If you're not in a hurry to leave, everything was great. Would stay here again.

A short walk up was the theatre district - check out the aquarium restaurant.

“Great Escape!”

It was nice. The Hotel was very clean and the customer service was great! We were there for a friends wedding so we didnt spend much time in the hotel but it was very comfortable while we were there. The best and pillows are the best!! I didnt want to get out of bed!!

Area recommendations

The location of the hotel was great because it was right on a main road but hidden enough so you had privacy and quiet. It about 30 mins away from all the Theme Parks in Orlando...its just a great place.

“Great Stay”

The front desk people were a lot of fun. Everytime we passed by on our way in or out of the hotel we were greated with big smiles and friendly banter that always made us laugh. The hotel is convenient to Minute Maid Park as well as the Toyota Center and Main Street where there are a lot of bars / restaurants. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

“Great place to stay”

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Fifteen minute walk to Minute Maid park that wasn't too scarey even late at night. Valet staff was super. Definitely go back again!

“Nice hotel but in the middle of nowhere”

This was a nice hotel. If you had to stay in Houston, I'd recommend... the only thing is I see no other reason to go to Houston unless you had to for business. There are few restaurants or places to see within the downtown district when there - it's a completely dead downtown - even during mid-day, mid-week.
