Place is horrible. Restroom was completely dirty, holes in the wall and the front desk was very rude. DO NOT waste your money go somewhere else. The whole place smells like smoke and mold

Probably the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed …
There was a pile of snot like substance on the table near the front water cooler in the lobby entry which was extremely disgusting to see. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. Drywall was also peeling off the walls. Finally, the walls were very thin. We heard the people being loud in the room next door very late at night. Yelling, screaming talking very loud. They were also smoking weed in the room next door and the whole hallway and downstairs airway reaked of marijuana. The staff were dressed in sweatpants and hoodies…It appeared there was a major lack of cleanliness and standards. Clearly a lack of leadership. Will never be staying there again. It was disgusting.

Hotel seems beautiful from the outside but the condition of the beds, linens, carpet and damaged walls. Yikes! Not to mention the small roaches running around throughout the interior. So sad if this is what we are showing our visitors from other cities and countries. Shame on this hotel!!! I will not be back

We had roaches in our bathroom. There was no working phone in the room. There was no working laundry or elevator and the pool has been empty since Covid from the looks of it…All the breakfast drinks were watered down… It was awful wish I could get a refund….

When we got to the property we noticed a few of the homeless living in the lobby. The music was incredibly loud, and the front desk person couldnt be bothered everything was broken. The airport shuttle, the elevators, the side door to the outside.The room smelled of terrible cologne, that gave an instant migraine. We had a room with two quuen beds, one bed didnt have a sheet on it.I asked the front desk for a sheet and they didnt have one clean. During the night, we complained several times of the fights going on above us. We were up until almost 2am waiting for the upstairs room to stop. When I went to catch my flight at 5 am the next morning, one of the homeless people living in the lobby was standing in the hall just staring down the hall. I took my dog out and came back in, I grabbed my bags and went to check out. As I started towards the lobby he tried to block the hallway. I told him my dog was not friendly, and he told me I shouldnt threaten him. I checked out and will never return. The hotel is in terrible condition, safety is a major concern.

Absolutely pathetic conditions. smelly hallways, paint peeling off the roof. there were literally no other guests staying in the hotel at that time, probably for the aforementioned reasons. I HIGHLY recommend to NOT STAY at this place. the approach road to the hotel was fully potholed and the neighborhood fully deserted.

The hotel should be closed because the conditions of the building : the water was dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom, the hallways were dark, so you can’t see and open your door , because the were no lights working in the fist floor of the hallway. The bathroom door was damaged… I’m sure this place would pass a city inspection as a safe place to stay

I liked the muffin and the sausage for breakfast. Waffle looks good but taste so bad. Pool was scary green. We can not get into pool. Water didn' t go down the drain at bathroom sink. Front desk never answered by room service phone. I have to go down at the front and asked them to come fix twice. No one came.

I was so disappointed in this location. It is so poorly run I couldn’t believe it. I was given a handicapped room which I am not so the shower was annoying. The water ran everywhere in the bathroom. I could smell the mold as soon as I walked into the room. The air conditioning unit was leaking so much condensation that the carpet was soaked when I got there, it smelled. The blow dryer didn’t work, the tv didn’t work. The pool was green. The coffee was cold and nasty. The breakfast was just ok. I had to get a room quick because of a cancelled flight and I was stuck. I know you get what you pay for. But my God. It’s like they don’t even care. I will say, the front desk people were all lovely. That is the only good thing about that place.

The place could do with a good deep clean. There was also trash in the elevator more than once. The faucet in my room dripped the floor was uneven. The staff were friendly and great to work with. Breakfast was great.

They were painting the building and had plastic on all the windows so you couldn't see out made the room very dark and dreary we were Assured that it would be gone in 2 hours. We were told the next day that it was going to be up for the next week so the front check in lady lied...
