Fantastic resort with excellent food across the board. Hotel staff was so good and hard working that I wanted to tip them despite it being all inclusive. Not pressured by staff at any point and had an all around good and relaxing time. Room was spotless every time after maid service. Gym was always clean and well cared for with great equipment and view. Spa is indeed world class and a great experience. Plenty of space around the pools (over four of them located in different and exciting areas) always easy to get a drink! Never a line for dinner and can't complement the staff enough for the way they treated us. Great resort for couples that like to relax and and indulge in good food, drinks, and new couples like activities! Would definitely go back!
Stayed for 3 nights, the whole experience was great. We had dinner and Indochin (ok) and Ramona (excelent) and had LUnch at Ni (extraordinary, the ceviche sensacion is amazing). The room, the view and specially the staff were all great.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Live Aqua for 7 nights, 8 days. I've been to Cancun three times before this and I have to say that Live Aqua gave me an unforgettable experience. The view of the ocean from the pool was spectacular. The staff were great-always accommodating our needs and made us feel like home. I am very pleased with the staff and hotel.
The food was great overall. They had diverse restaurants an we enjoyed all of it except the buffet. The buffet was nothing special and the food quality of that is nothing compare to the there restaurants. Our favorite restaurant is Hidden Garden and MB. The layout and design of the restaurants were great and looked extremely fancy.
The Cancun Hotel Zone rests on a slit of land bound by a lagoon and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. Sunseekers crowd the white-sand beaches. At night, the action moves to the restaurants, clubs, and bars that line Boulevard Kukulcán, the area’s main artery. This road passes by the El Rey ruins, believed to be a king’s tomb.
