“Central, clean, comfortable and great service”

Great hotel in great location. Went for Rugby Sevens and able to walk to & from stadium in < 10 minutes. Pleasant & efficient staff. Stayed in lovely room with view over Victoria Gardens & Harbour. Premium Lounge access for breakfast, afternoon tea, drinks & snacks also a worth while splurge.

“Excellant service. A pleasant, well priced hotel in the perfect location for shoppers”

I give it 3.5 stars. Good value for money and it runs like clockwork. Best location in HK and I have been coming for 30 yrs.

“Nice location”

Got to the hotel late at night so they upgraded me to a superior room. It was a nice experience. You can walk to the back of the hotel and you will find a lot of shopping places and good foods.

“Excellent Location but slow check in. Express check out - Still await e mail statement 10 days after”

We are unhappy with only two areas: - Internet has to be paid for - Due to slow check in, we opt for express check out. Had to fill in an authorization and personally bring to front desk. (Most hotels offer TV express check with statement delivered to door overnight). Our credit card was charged but we still await the statment 10 days after check out, and 3 days after a email requesting such.
